New Market

I'm giving this store a 3 out of 5 because although they have everything I need, the meats department is my favorite. The customer service is what brought the ratings down. They allow other customers to cut in front of me not once but 5 times. I would be in line for a good 10 minutes, an old lady would just come straight up to the counter and rung up her things. This had happened many times with other customers! I would like to go to other asian stores but they just have everything i need so I will deal with it.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will accuse you of stealing and will through your purse. This is yet another terrible grocery store. They give Vietnamese grocery stores a bad rep. My 82yo grandmother came here to get fresh vegetables and the owner was following her around as if she came here to steal from them. At check out, they were arguing with her and even went through her purse to prove she didn’t steal anything. They did not apologize after instead they told her that another lady had stolen from them before so they had to take precautions.

Please don’t show up to this place !! My father and his cousin went to buy some fish and when they were about to cook them they found out they still had the organs and smelled really bad they tried to clean but they went bad my father and his cousin went back to returned the fish my father said that these fishes weren’t good anymore because they still had their organs in them and that he didn’t want people buying these because they would get really ill the owner told my father that the fishes were good and that he wouldn’t return him his money back the guy who sold him the fish also told his owner that the fishes weren’t not good but the owner wouldn’t take no as in answer!! the owner was being very rude and told my father to never come back and if he ever stepped foot that he wouldn’t sell to him again.. obviously we will never come back !!

Great Asian Supermarket, good roast duck!

If this have a 0 I would leave a 0. Went to buy beef meat ball today. The price tag said 23.99. Go check out the register ring up as 27.99. I tell her the tag said 23.99. She answer me well go by the bar code people must put wrong price. I told her well the sign look new to me. Usually at an American store they will go by the price that was list on and then change after on this hand she told me no. My question so the price list on the fridge doesn’t count. The store can list any price but charge different? I go to this store a lot. But this disappoint me a lot. I rather they don’t list the price then the bar code is what I go with but you list it clearly but charge different it not acceptable. So my advise for those to shop here please look at the price and when check out look when they scan. I don’t usually look but after today I will look. Usually I will still buy it today I just put it back bc I think it dishonest and not the girl that check me out not very helping. So again please check on price when you check out don’t trust the price tag.

I love this store so much. They carry a lot of good stuff for everything most people need. I know that no small business store can compete with Walmart, but their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this store to everyone. Thanks a lot for serving our community

The market is big but not clean and organized. Their stuffs are a bit more expensive than other asian groceries around town. People that go there do not know how to park. They either double parked or didn't park straight. They need to keep the place clean. Got a jackfruit there and can't even eat it. It was way to raw after one week and then got rotten real quick. Had better luck at other grocery store than this one.
