Publix Super Market at Homestead Shopping Plaza

The room was huge. Living room was separate from the bedroom which was perfect as I work nights don't normally get home until 3:00 a.m. so I'm up till 4:00 or 5:00. I can do my usual and watch TV for an hour or two before I'm ready to sleep

Don’t get to the deli or hot food area all the staff there are unprofessional. I’ve ordered sandwiches hours ahead and they are never ready on time. Regardless of how may people are there. Don’t mention trying to ask for help you are ether ignored or the staff just look at you for 15 mins with a blank stare. I’ve literally had to call the store while being inside the store waiting for a sandwich/help.

Been with Publix pharmacy for many years getting my meds there then one time my doctor prescribed me a medication that I need for my health and the pharmacist did not give me my medication. I have never had this medication prescribed before ever my doctor prescribed it for me. The pharmacist was being very rude to me. I never was rude to her at all I just went in and thought it was going to be ready and the pharmacy tech told me it was ready. Really bad experience with this pharmacist that works there it was a woman pharmacist. Not sure why all the rudeness I just went in to get my medicine She was giving attitude for no reason. Called my doctor and explained what happened. Doctor doesn’t even know why the pharmacist would not give me the medication….. not sure why all the attitude for no reason. Very rude woman pharmacist. Ended not getting my medication there had to go somewhere else and when I went somewhere and got my medication with out a problem.

Paul and Nicole at the sandwich counter did a great job handing the busy time at the pub sub counter thank you! Will come again!

Publix is hands down the best supermarket! I love shopping here because everyone is so kind and helpful. The store is spotless, well-organized, and always stocked with fresh, quality products. It’s a pleasure to shop at all of the Publix stores somewhere that truly values customers.

Wow, This used to be my favorite Publix store, but between bad attitudes with the some of the newer employees, or getting Instacart subs wrong and the long time good folks gone..not all of them as still several left here! However, majority that was friendly and efficient are gone, as, went to other stores. Who is making the subs for Instacart delivery?Sheesh..like third time something is missing. Also the management is very questionable not friendly, at all, in meat dept, customer service, or the ones that we see helping on the floor. They will go right past and almost knock you down without a word...for real!! Please, please, pleaseee do better! Was my favorite store before, but now, I don't know...😔😪

This is the worst Publix location where shopping is definitely not a pleasure. Made an order the day before to be picked up and the manager informed me they do not have it because most likely it was given to someone else! The only time i give reviews is when the service provided is either exceptional or the worst. Just shop at a different location. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here thought i would give them another try and then this happened
