Unfortunately, this is how the customers were received this last Sunday (11.16.25) afternoon. It was just nasty and so disrespectful to the customers. How can you keep this store that nasty? Not only that, the line to pay was outrageously long. I have never seen anything like it in any other Aldi. I told one of the employee if they could open another register and he couldn't care less. Of course, I left the store empty handed. I'm not planning on coming back. Unbelievable.

I had an unpleasant experience at Aldi due to the behavior of a cashier named Trinity. Her manner and tone were disrespectful and unprofessional, which made what should have been a routine interaction uncomfortable. This was particularly frustrating given that there were already very few cashiers available at the time, resulting in delays for customers. In that situation, respectful and efficient service is especially important, yet this was not provided. I understand that customer service roles can be demanding, but basic courtesy and respect should always be maintained. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.

Love Aldi for the low prices! Especially for milk, eggs, butter, bread, chips, cheese, frozen vegs, most fresh veggies and fruit. Some items they don't carry, so I have to shop elsewhere. We save alot at Aldi♡♡♡

I decides to a month ago, to shop at a Aldi store in Lehigh, FL. I googled the address it was 17 miles advertised that it was open on a Sundays. I drove there from Labelle, FL. It was closed. I drove to another Aldi 3 miles from it. It was open. The store was clean, friendly respectable customers shopping. Items advertised were not in store, all meats were sold out (beef, pork, chicken & salmon). I was not happy. I had to leave & go back to Labelle, FL to shop at Walmart.

At 1 PM on a weekday, the store was packed—yet only one cashier was available to check out a line of hundreds. What’s more astonishing is that this location previously had self-checkout lanes, which have now been removed. The result? Customers waiting nearly two hours just to pay for groceries. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable. People come to Aldi for affordable food, not to endure hours-long lines due to staffing shortages and poor operational decisions. Removing self-checkout without increasing staff coverage shows a disregard for customer dignity and time. I urge you to reconsider your staffing and checkout strategy at this location. Restoring self-checkout or hiring additional cashiers would go a long way in restoring trust and basic functionality. Aldi has built a reputation for efficiency and value—this experience undermines both.

Im sorry to report that this Aldi's is going downhill. I use to love it. Not sure if it is new management or not enough employees. Place is packed 24/7. Lots of times they are out of staples and floors are in sad shape. Most of the time there are only two registers opened and each line is packed half way to the back of the store. I hope they figure out how to fix the problem because I genuinely prefer to shop Aldi's.

I have been in the area for a awhile, and when Winndixe close whom all the products that we all use.Now it is so limited i am very disappointed. I will would definitely recommend to keep going to jack's market or publix seems to be the best place to shop.
