Allie and I believe the cashier was Kaylee... Those who in particular were extremely helpful. I do instacart and I had never been in a Sprouts before, without their help I would have been running all around trying to find things and it would have taken me a long time. Allie was kind enough to take me to 6 or 7 different items and point them out to me to save me a lot of time and her attitude was kind and sweet and very positive in general. And then Kaylee I think her name was Kaylee was who checked us out, and she was extremely helpful as well. All in all we had a positive experience. Thanks!

I always have a great experience at Sprouts, and a big part of that is thanks to Tofa. She is always so sweet, helpful, and full of energy every time I come through her line. She greets everyone with a genuine smile and makes the whole checkout process quick and pleasant. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positivity to their job, but Tofa does it effortlessly. Sprouts is lucky to have her!

had a great experience when I came to grab some lucy glo apples. never tried them before but hercules had offered if I would like to try them before buying them. he went in the back and cut a few slices for me. very impressed and bought the last handful on the floor. thank you hercules for your help.

I want to commend two of your employees for exceptional customer service. First Adam, in the produce department… I was buying cherries for a customer on UberEats and the fruit I picked needed to be in good condition. Most of it wasn’t and so I asked Adam could he remake me two packages by picking out the best cherries out of a few. He did that and my customer was very grateful and very happy. I had also a Approached him earlier and asked him could he help me find another product And although that product was not available, each time I approached Adam, he responded with a big smile on his face and helped me, as best he could. I truly, truly appreciate him. I also want to commend my cashier Megan. She also gets high marks for customer service, a great attitude and huge smile. Both made a very hot and busy day, more joyful. The guy that works nights in the deli along with the shift manager are very pleasant, professional people. If it weren't for them, this would be a one star review because the rest of the staff are mostly cold and aloof. The prices are also outrageously high on almost everything, so one star needs to be deducted for that.

My boyfriend and I took a visit to Sprouts Farmers Market in Las Vegas, Nevada, late September. We got in cashier Tofa's line after Rick's line was closed for break (or so we thought). The customer in front of me had multiple items and Rick's lane suddenly became open for 1 more customer. The customers behind us went, which employees can't control, so it was fine, initially, then I heard "Tofa" (the name of the cashier according to the manager) tell the customer in front of us that she wishes more people were like him. Tofa then instructed the next customer behind us to also go in Rick's lane to get serviced. Now 2 customers BEHIND us were serviced first. We felt ignored and wasn't sure if it was racially motivated, but both customers were white. I decided to leave the store and Tofa never asked if we were okay or if we needed further assistance. I decided to come back in and speak to the manager, so I asked one of the workers near the Deli if we could have the corporate number and she asked "Did you say where's the cornbread?" I asked again for the corporate number and she tried apologizing stating she has hearing issues and then got manager Adam. Adam heard us out and agreed the incident shouldn't have happened, but he seemed nonchalant about it and didn't offer any solution. Adam didn't seem to care much and seemed to be friends with cashier Tofa. This was a horrible experience to come into a store to get healthier/good quality food just to be discriminated against. The store is located on Tropicana and Pecos, so I'm not sure why Tofa felt the need to discriminate in a diverse area where you come across different cultures and races of people often. This store is unwelcoming and cold.

I come to this sprouts religiously for about a year and change, I and I just wanted to give my flowers to Megan, she always has a smile on her face, whether she’s tired or sick even, she is a super cool girl. When someone like me works so much and deals with people all day. That’s something I admire, because I know it isn’t easy. As well for the rest of this sprouts staff. Always super helpful and energetic. If paying these people more are an option someone needs to consider it !
