Miniso

As an avid Chiikawa and stationary collector I love the merchandise Miniso has to offer! The atmosphere is welcoming, the employees are always willing to help, and there’s lots of variety! The store is always clean. I appreciate when they reorganize, otherwise ai wouldn’t have seen new merchandise on isles I don’t usually walk through.

My sister got a birthday coupon to use, but when I went over to get her gift the employee told me no (and I had brought her ID). I explain that my sister has a disability and a phobia of going out, she hasn't gone out for 5 years, so I had to pick it up for her. That didn't matter to them. Afterwards, I made a complaint online and was told to read the rules. Miniso doesn't work with you, and they couldn't even facetime her. Never again will we be shopping there, they don't care about people with disability or phobias.

Love coming here!!! They have such friendly staff! They have so much variety, loads of things and trinkets to choose from. Employees are always so attentive and helpful. Love the vibes!!! ☺️✨
