Asian Center Supermarket

I've been looking for an Asian market that isn't so far away, this is a very well stocked store I will return to again and again. Plan to spend some time as there is much to look at. A lot of packages are written in possibly Chinese, but there are many that have "English subtitles" then again a few I picked up did not. I did ask a few questions to the folks that work there stocking and if they couldn't help they found someone who could. Very friendly were the people I interacted with in this store. There is a produce section, fresh fish/seafood, sauces, spices, cooking gadgets, snacks, frozen foods. I had been told it smells like fish when you walk in, but I didn't think it was that bad. Nice and clean and organized, take your phone to look things up plus a grocery list would be handy. Try it I believe it will possibly save you a trip to Maryland to the big stores down there.

Yesterday I discovered this store by accident. For the last six or so years I'd been driving from the Reading area down to Assi Plaza in North Wales (what a FANTASTIC store!). This store, though about half the size is also about half as close!!! They have a solid offering of fresh fruits and veggies, their selection of fresh fish was definitely impressive. Lots of canned and bottled items from all over Asia as well. There were a number of things I get at Assi that I didn't see here but I certainly will be shopping here regularly from now on!!!! My original review was submitted over six years ago and my sentiments haven't changed. Bangin' selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, and canned goods. Solid selection of mochi, too!!!!

excellent selection of goods and reasonably priced! was able to pick up many of my staples i usually have to order online. i easily and cheapily found dashi powder, singaporean milo, shaoxing wine, large quantities of hoisin sauce in squeeze bottles. meat selection also has many cuts you won't find anywhere else. i personally picked up some pork belly and beef tripe. will definitely visit again!

This was our first time at this store. It was really nice and clean. They had a lot of fresh produce and meat/fish, as well as a wide variety of foods, snacks, and drinks that were frozen, canned, jarred, or prepackaged items as well. They even had a small restaurant inside as well. We bought a lot of different items, and I really enjoyed them!

Love coming here! Always clean, great selection of Asian goods, and very tasty in-house steamed buns, breads, and dumplings!

Great variety of products. Good prices. Fresh vegetables that aren’t usually carried by typical grocery chains such as bitter melon, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, etc…great variety of sauces, spices, and herbal teas. Unique snacks from china, Korea, and Japan. A great variety of fresh fish and meats. Great customer service, kind and helpful staff. Will be coming here weekly from now on! Definitely recommend to any foodie out there!

Good variety of vegetables, though I wish prices would be placed on bags, like in other Asian markets. I found the items I was looking for. Good meat and fish section, no premade food that I could find.
