The Kimchee is DELICIOUS! So flavorful, even better with the kim bap. Very friendly service.

This is one of the markets that truly deserves no rating at all. I picked a few side dishes because they were said to be good, and while I was hesitating to buy some oranges, the cashier confidently assured me that they were sweet and delicious. I trusted her recommendation and bought them — but when I got home, I discovered that they had intentionally hidden the rotten spots and packaged spoiled fruit. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of integrity and raises serious doubts about the owner’s ethics. It is unacceptable to deceive customers in this way.

This place did NOT disappoint. Kimchee & Kim Bop we're delicious!!! The jerky is also amazing! I only tried the original end pieces but they also have spicy & extra spicy. I will definitely be back.

If you want various kimchi and banchan (side dishes) like your grandmother used to make, shop at Asian market. No one makes better authentic old style Kimchi and banchan in Lakewood. Over 30 years the best! Go to the big Korean grocery stores then stop by Asian market for real authentic kimchi. Trust me.

This Market holds a special place in my heart. Delicious food and you can tell that it is made with love. This is some of the best kimchi I've ever had! Lakewoods not so secret is out, highly recommend!

What a find! I’m making Korean dumplings for a gathering and needed a few specific ingredients that I am quite unfamiliar with. I googled "best kimchi near me", and even though it was a little bit of a drive, this place is totally worth it! Family run for decades, the gal (who is the daughter, and I feel awful, but I can’t remember her name) was running the place that day and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kimchi is amazing as are the side dishes and the produce is very good quality. The store is clean and welcoming, and absolutely DO NOT miss the homemade beef jerky, which doesn’t have any additives or preservatives. It is addicting! I like the spicy or extra spicy version. It’s up by the cash register if you can’t find it 😋 Well in a strip mall that’s just slightly off the beaten path, there was ample parking and I will be back soon! 10/10 recommend!

Picked up some Kim Bop and jerky from here for my wife. She loves it! The staff was friendly and helpful.
