Sprouts Farmers Market

Great Sprouts Farmers Market location right off the freeway in Lake Forest. The staff is great here. It seems as if every employee makes eye contact and is willing to help you find what you need. Their bulk items are located in the middle of the store. Nuts, granola, beans. You name it, they have it there. I like their bulk spices.

They recently opened this location. It has very cool and clean interior. Many choices of vegetables. Unfortunately the quality of veggies had some issues when I picked some. Maybe their stuff might need more experience to take care of it. Overall, I like this new location and definitely come back soon!

Placed an online order at 3:56pm, was told it would be ready around 5ish & they randomly decided to reschedule it for tomorrow "due to high demand." It’s still very early, they close at 10 pm. I could have waited a little longer. NOT COOL. I love shopping here but the one time I result in an online order they do this. I am currently pregnant & have a two year old, this is currently the easiest way for me to shop. UPDATE** I don’t know why they would give me this in my order, but you can tell someone ate some of the cherries out of the bag! The seal is clearly ripped & I feel like I am purposely being screwed over or something because in the past I’ve never had an issue shopping here & this was disappointing to find upon putting away my groceries. The picture shown online vs what I got is a huge difference. I am not the type to complain but it seems like it’s been one thing after another. I will stick to the other location by my house for now.

I had the pleasure of being assisted with three amazing Sprouts employees tonight 2/5/25. I came into the store around 6-7pm and asked if they could customize a mediterranean greek salad for me. Monica was busy pushing out orders and said "I could if I wasn't so busy", however, she stopped what she was doing and went to the back to asked if someone could make two salads for me. I don't eat dairy or grape leaves but I love everything else about the salad. Crystal, the supervisor, comes around the corner asking if I have been helped. Even though they were busy, Crystal and Monica gave me hope they would do the salad for me. So Crystal enlisted ADRIAN. Not only did Adrian make the salads they were so perfect and neat and not thrown together. They ALL made my night with their excellent customer service.

I love this Sprouts, but they need to up their quality control. Twice I’ve gotten fruits in the past week, the cantelopes had slime upon opening, and the strawberries had gone bad. Every plastic container is sticky and nasty. Today, I picked up a discounted container, there was literal mould growing on the inside. I handed it to the worker, and he just laughed it off.

I just went into sprouts on El Toro to get the sandwiches and they were out of white bread. They were out of onions and out of cucumbers. I can’t understand when this vegetables hanging everywhere why they can’t at least go chop up some cucumbers and onions. The other thing is this particular one does not have self check out and the lines were really really long what’s the reason for no self check up I didn’t think this was a bad area.

so today i walked in to your location , they had a greeterat the front with a wheel of sorts to spin....She did not speak when spoken to , did not greet and was rude. ive shopped for 18 years at sprouts and you guy need more friendly and polite associates here in the worst possible way.
