Positives: -Great diverse products and at a good price. But, be mindful to check spelling on things Negatives: - You have to find the pricing for everything on your own if it has a tag on it that is not included in the sale. The pricing is in Japanese and it is a Japanese store, so that makes sense to a point. -It was very hard to find an employee. An individual was doing self checkout (they didn't have anyone at the regular checkout) and she accidentally scanned something twice. She needed help but couldn't find anyone she stood there for 5+minutes and there was a long line with only two self checkouts available. There is no light or indicator that a customer needs help at checkout. After I checked out my items I ended up looking for an employee to help her. -It would also be nice to know you need your own bag or to buy one because they don't have any. (I love recycled bags myself but I didn't want to have to buy one)

This is what I imagine what a "Five Below" would look like in Japan. I'd say 90% is Japanese merch. I honestly expected more food, drinks and candy. They have some snacks I have not been able to find elsewhere except online, so that's handy. At first I thought the place had no staff - but there was one person stocking and you had to ring the bell for a cashier - or use self checkout. Clean and well organized.

⭐️⭐️ I didn’t have a bad experience, but the store just wasn’t for me. Most items start at $2.25, which would be fine if the quality matched the price. Unfortunately, many products felt a bit like what you’d find on Temu or Wish. Inexpensive, but not very useful. The "unique food and drink selection" they advertise can be found cheaper at Amazon or Woodman’s, and most of the household items are very generic for double the price you’d pay at Dollar Tree. Even the kids’ toys, like the stuffed animals, seemed low quality and lightly filled. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the money, and I left without buying anything which is rare for me.

Great and amazing foreign products in a clean and well organized store with everything and anything you might need and want for home, office and hobbies. Friendly customer service. Cashier and self checkout available. Unique chips, drinks and snacks. Plenty of parking.

Grand Opening was exciting to be a part of. The lines move fairly quickly for the amount of people that were there. A good assortment of products, could honestly spend hours looking at everything. Staff is super friendly and helpful but a specific shoutout to Xochil. We had a small issue and she was able to resolve it without any hiccups. Very pleased with my experience there and very thankful they’ve made their way into Kenosha!

It's a store with cheaply made goods at cheap prices. But the most unique section, the Japanese food section is over shopped and under supplied right now. Lots of empty shelves. Might be better when they can keep up with stock. The other aisles were fine, just the food ones were pretty bare.

I was so excited to finally get a chance to stop in and check this place out. It is super cute, clean and organized. There was so much there that I didn't even know existed, and it was fun browsing until i found a couple things that i just had to have 😁. That being said don't expect any of the employees to be welcoming, not even a hello, smile or acknowledgement, that is if you can find one not talking to the only other one. The pricing is kinda hard to figure out on somethings, so maybe a price checker would be nice since the employees don't make you feel like you can ask them anything. Also, there are no employees up front by the registers/doors so it is self checkout/honor system. There is a No Refund or Exchange Policy sign that I saw after my purchase.
