My wife just bought two rice noodle vermicelli bags today to prepare our lunch. They have a paper date label (MFG: 02/02/2025, EXP: 01/02/2027) and when she removed it she saw a original date (AUG 05 2025).

Got to come here for the first time! 🙂 The store is neatly organized and the varieties are great! Many interesting products are there to be found 😄 What I loved was three packs of mini tomato 🍅 for $0.99!! That’s really cheap and the quality was good! I’ll come back and get more products in the future! 🙂 Cheers 🥂

Sun Wing Katy Supermarket is an excellent Asian supermarket with various Asian products, including fresh produce, seafood, snacks, spices, and sauces, etc. The market is clean and well-kept.

Sun Wing Supermarket in Katy is hands down one of the top supermarkets in town, especially when it comes to seafood. Their stone crab is an absolute steal at $3.99 a pound. Believe me when I say, the crab is incredibly fresh and generously sized. When steamed, it bursts with sweetness and that unmistakable taste of the ocean. One crab is so substantial that it's a challenge for all of us to finish just one. And let's not forget about the other seafood prices, which are equally impressive. Not only is the pricing affordable, but the freshness of the seafood is unparalleled. Beyond their seafood selection, Sun Wing Supermarket excels in organization, cleanliness, and spaciousness. Shopping there is a breeze, with different categories neatly arranged for convenience. But what truly sets them apart is their unbeatable prices, especially for stone crab. I wouldn't hesitate to return time and time again for such a steal. Bravo to Sun Wing Supermarket for delivering exceptional quality at such affordable prices.

Some of the employees are extremely rude and dismissive. I get it if you create job opportunities for people, but it's one thing if they can't speak English vs if they won't. An employee quickly dismissed my question, staring me in the face and saying he doesn't speak English. He said it in such a bold entitled tone, not even trying to look for someone who could help. This is sad, but thank you for helping me take my business up the road.

Katy Supermarket is about half the size of a typical 99 Ranch Market and yet the aisles look wider and the place overall feels less crowded. The floor is white which makes everything seem cleaner and newer. A few produce items have better prices at the time of review.
