Nice store, nice selection of items, something for everyone. Really enjoyed having singles of some of the candy products that are sold, so we won't waste a whole package of something we might not like. Will return again to see all the new items next time we are in town.

Great Japanese trade store, they have everything from toys, stuffed animals, food candy drinks. They even carry dishes and other household stuff like face masks and tea sets.

it took everything in my power to not buy the smores pusheen. great place for stocking stuffers/gifts!!

I don't like to leave reviews less than 5 stars, but for any parents out there who drive out of their way to come to this store, I'm afraid it's not worth it. We arrived at the store at 11:30 to find a "will return at 2pm" sign. We drove 30 minutes to get there so the kids could spend their birthday money on some fun Japanese snacks and trinkets and maybe buy some manga. As the store was closed, we passed time by riding the street car and going for lunch, money I hadn't planned on spending. Once the store did finally open, there really not much in there. Quite a bit of Funko and a few snacks, but there's a much better selection of food and drinks at the China Market across the street, no manga. If you're looking for fun Asian themed toys, videos, manga, and more, I would have to say we had so much more luck at Oak Park Mall.

Always a required visit when going to the River Market, amazing customer service every time and always leave with fun stuff!
