Food Story Natural Market

I left the market just after 9pm tonight, and I was appalled by how the cashier behaved. When I put my items on the counter to pay, she reached into her nose to pick, looked at a booger, and rolled it with her fingers. I am not kidding at all. I looked at her in total shock. Then she proceeded to open a shopping bag to put my items inside, and then picked her nose again. I should’ve said something, but I was honestly too disturbed to speak. Food Story, please instruct your employees on maintaining basic hygiene and respect for their customers and the items they’re paying for. This is not acceptable anywhere, let alone at a grocery store where cashiers are handling food.

This grocery store has seriously deteriorated and is no longer acceptable. I have been using this store for over 1.5 years. Until recently, I tolerated the high prices because I value time over money and can afford the premium. That justification no longer holds. The food safety and service quality have declined to an unacceptable level. They are selling expired sandwiches, including products with visible mold. This alone is enough to stop using the store. On top of that, the service is careless. During checkout, a cashier did not even bother to move the scanned items toward me, leaving everything on her side and forcing me to reach over. At these prices, basic service should not require the customer to do the cashier's job. I will not use this store anymore and strongly recommend choosing any other online or local grocery store instead. Paying premium prices for expired food and poor service makes no sense.

Enter at your own risk. I went in just to grab a dessert and was in a hurry, so I didn’t think twice. When I got home, I was disgusted to see that the dessert was covered in mold. This should never happen in a place selling food. I called the store right away to let them know and told them I would be coming back the next day since I don’t live close by. When I returned, I checked the shelf to see if they had removed the bad items. To my shock, the same moldy desserts were still sitting there for other customers to buy. This is careless, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. The lack of concern for customers’ health is unbelievable. I will never shop here again.

Extremely overpriced store. Not worth burying anything from here, a bread marked as $4.29 and sold at $4.99. Confronted the cashier but she didn’t care.

Perfect for a quick pick‼️ this has everything, starting with the vegetables, fruits like banana’s, strawberries, muskmelon, watermelon, apples, grapes, oranges, pine apples, the honey, coffee, tea, water bottles, cool drinks, ice creams , kitchen ware items, all kinds of meats 🥩, alcohol, fruit juices, eggs, all the sanitary items, washroom essentials, milk, frozen foods you name them, they have them. Not just the packed foods but they they have a bakery with 🍕 pizza, sushi noodles, and a lot of other breakfast and quick lunch items, this made my life easy, i just have one of these 10 dollar items and leave to the path. It is quick and completely comfortable. The entry is just after the journal squared entry and just before the steps of the path. ‼️ i am attaching the menu of the bakery items. ☮️

Ordered the french toast platter and the french toast was still mushy on the inside. At the checkout I had to ask the ladies for syrup and utensils. Note I got a platter which means my food was hot and also the container they put it in was hot as well. So they would rather have their customers burn their fingers than supply a bag. That's crazy, good thing its 20 degrees outside and i have tough skin or i could of possibly got a blister on my fingers. If you order from here bring your own bag.

Disgusting fried noodles! 🤮🤢🤢😩I had the worst noodles of my life from this place, although they looked absolutely delicious they were so ridiculously baaaadddd!! Ewwwwww!!!! Threw the entire thing in the trash after spitting them out! I really don’t think the "chefs" taste the food they make here, there is no way anybody in their right mind tasted this and thought this was edible!!! Did they accidentally spill soap into this batch?? Who knows! But I am never coming back!!
