Unfortunately, the chicken smelled spoiled and seemed unsafe to consume. This was very concerning. I recommend the shop take immediate action to maintain proper storage and freshness standards.

I actually took one box of pitted dates after going to home I just opened to eat but it has dead bugs. I was shocked 🤯 like how they are selling these type of stuff to the customers. Bad experience ever.

Fresh Chicken and other meats. Quick grab for spices and other south Asian items, are a bit pricey though.

Al amana store is a gem in the rough. Located in Jersey City, it is one of the best halal markets in town. They always have the best and fresh meats that are without a doubt affordable. They carry a variety of middle eastern/ Asian products you can't go wrong. The store has dramatically changed over the years looking better than ever. The staff is very attentive to the customers' needs. I would definitely recommend venturing out to see the store for yourself, it's worth it.
