I had a disappointing experience at Bigbazar store on Indian Street. When we requested for additional bag due to the quantity of items, the shopkeeper became visibly irritated and rude. Initially, we weren’t informed about the bag size, so we couldn’t judge whether one would be enough. Even though we were ready to pay for the extra bag, her behavior was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy, and I hope the store addresses this so others don’t face the same experience.

This place is good but the Manager is very bad and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to treat customers. Last week I went to shop she was very rude .she needs to go to school and learn what call discipline. If you are owner of this store and reading this comment please be serious this guy will make you lose in your business.

Good store and they have very good dry goods like dal, rice etc.. they have a huge section for biscuits. V v friendly staff, I got avarekai. They still have stock of sona masoori .. I feel it could be a bit more neat outside and inside.

This store has a lot to pick from...from spices to vegetables. Reasonable price. Remember to bring your own shopping bag... otherwise you will need to buy one to put your goodies

This was my first time visiting the store, and honestly, I found their prices a bit higher compared to other stores like Patel Brothers and Apna Bazar for the same items. The overall customer service was disappointing. The cashiers seemed disinterested — they didn’t even greet customers. I was looking for a specific item and asked someone who appeared to be either a staff member or possibly the owner. His attitude was incredibly off-putting — he didn’t even bother to make eye contact and responded in a very dismissive way, as if he was too busy to help. It definitely didn't make the shopping experience better.

i had to grab some quick groceries from the store and when i got home i saw that everything packaged that i bought was expired for over 2 months. Do not sell expired food, it can lead to so many health issues.

This place is one of the main four Indian Supermarkets on the Indian Street in Journal Square, Jersey City. It has everything you can think off from an Indian Grocery perspective.
