I've never actually been to this store, but I wanted to leave a review because their customer service was amazing and very friendly to work with. I am glad to have done business with them. Thanks again!

So my daughter lives like 5 hours from here. She was excited to come in and spend some Christmas money in this store. We came in we looked around and ran into a very good family friend where we then chatted a bit. Our intention had fully been to spend money in this store as my daughter really likes this sort of merchandise. We had someone come over mind you there was one other person in the store all the way on the other side of the store from us asked ask us if we needed anything out of the locked glass display. We politely said no thank you, and my daughter is young so she was like I’m sorry are we in the way? The woman actually told us yes kind of and told us there are benches outside for us to talk at. We were only partially into the store and had a ways to go back yet this was disappointing. My 18 year old daughter decided they obviously didn’t want her business and she had been so excited to shop here. This woman turned an experience that was supposed to be good into a negative one. My daughter doesn’t even usually go to the store because of her anxiety and things like that so this was a big deal. It’s unfortunate that this is how it went today there. Do better, this mall is run down you don’t want to turn customers away.

I love this store so much they always have the cutest most unique things for my taste! I’ve never come in a left with a frown on my face because the staff is always so wonderful and super helpful! My partner and I intend to keep this store in its rightful place as our favorite spot to shop at <3

Collecting anime goods can be really stressful. Ordering online can be treacherous as you never know if the goods will be bootlegs. What a blessing it is to have a store, here in Wisconsin, where I can get the kind of goods I’m looking for and seeing them IN PERSON, no less!

We love this store! We stop in regularly and always find something fun.

Super rude. Ask if I needed help, I said yes. She then ignored me, put the keys away and sat on her phone behind the counter.
