Walmart Supercenter

I am writing this with a heavy heart and a high level of emotional distress after my experience at this location on 2/10/2026 at 8:00 PM. I have never felt so small, embarrassed, or mentally exhausted by a shopping trip. Betty, the manager on duty, was beyond rude; she was dismissive in a way that felt personal. When I asked for the corporate number, she rolled her eyes and turned her back on me, completely escalating a situation she should have been de-escalating. The most painful part was when I tried to get her supervisor’s name. Betty was standing with a group of employees, and the environment immediately turned into a 'high school bully' dynamic. They were huddled together, making me feel intimidated and unwelcome. To make matters worse, a Loss Prevention officer—who I’ve had a poor encounter with before—jumped in to join the bullying despite not knowing the situation. Even the State Trooper on-site looked confused by his behavior. I felt cornered and humiliated in front of other customers. I finished my shopping in tears, feeling broken by the lack of basic human decency. A manager is supposed to be a source of resolution, but Betty and her team chose to be a source of pain. I will be following up with the supervisor, as no one should ever be made to feel this unsafe and stressed while simply trying to shop and go through money services.

I had a great experience with Cee Cee today! She was so FAST, and just so much fun to chat with while she rang me up. It’s really unusual to get a cashier who is as enthusiastic about their work like Ms. Cee Cee and she has the coolest hairstyle/hair color EVER! She was so kind, patient (I had A LOT of groceries today), and so efficient! There were like 3 regulars who stopped to give her a hug and wish her happy holidays. If that doesn’t show what kind of exemplary employee she is, I don’t know what will. She was an absolute rockstar and made my experience so pleasant especially since I’ve been running all day and Walmart was my last stop. Thanks so much Ms. Cee Cee, you’re the real MVP!!

Truth is, this Walmart is not so congested, but between the professional shoppers and Walmart shoppers filling internet orders, the remaining team members are working too hard and seemed to do not have time to help you when doing shopping. I needed a watch battery last visit and no one could help, manger couldn’t help and each team members pass the buck to another and another and since then Mostly my orders are going thru Amazon. Walmart is forgetting about personal help and more into the customers who did not decide to shop in house. They spend more time helping to fill those orders than the people whom spent the gas, parked in the lot and walked throughout the store for their convenience and it’s now inconvenient for the people who choose to do it the old fashioned way!

Now I'm all for bilingual People working in locations such as this,It's helpful. But explain to me why you have someone working in an American store in customer service in the jewelery department that cannot speak English. So while my husband's trying to purchase Christmas gifts for family, he can't communicate with a lady because she can't speak English and she won't let him show Her what he wants, because she's acts as if he's getting steal something by pointing it out . I don't understand how you can have none English.Speaking.People working in a prominent English-speaking country as customer service people.You can't really help someone if they can't understand you and you can't understand them

I ordered $130 worth of groceries to be delivered to my house. I placed the order at 11:00 a.m. and to be delivered at 3:00 p.m. NEVER showed up!! Zero courtesy call nor and ETA on delivery. When I called this Walmart multiple times no one picks up and the AI chat does not help at all. I get things happen but not getting a I'm sorry from an actual person is quite ridiculous. I've been a Walmart plus member for 2 years. They're great at leaving you in the dark and high and dry with no communication. In the corporate world, when errors occur they should be pushing information to the customer not me pulling information from them to get zero information

This Walmart has updated the checkout section drastically - and it is GREAT! They got rid of the "corral" of self-checkouts and made simple pass-through self-checkouts at each end of the front area. Then they added a bunch (like 15 or more) cashier checkouts in-between the self-checkouts. Now - I go there ALOT! - and today, Saturday was crazy busy. I went to the "other" end of the self-checkout stations and there were only 4 operating and a line of people waiting - Then, a man, one of their managers saw the line of people and went right to the spot and opened the other 4 registers really quickly, and cleared the waiting line right away. I was way back in the line, but I was immediately able to check out. The managers name was Ripal, I think. He was on the ball when we needed it.

If you are going to use the money center, do yourself a favor and don't arrive until 10:00. They never have it open at 8:00, not even 9:00. This is one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been in and I've lived in numerous states. By the time you get the services you need, lower cost is not even worth it. Pay the extra dollar or two and go to a store that functions properly
