Rowe's Supermarket - Baymeadows

Dear Store Manager, I have been a regular customer at your grocery store because of its convenient location near my home. However, I would like to bring to your attention an incident today that left me quite disappointed. While shopping, we stepped away from our cart briefly. When we returned, our items had been removed and placed into different carts. This caused confusion and inconvenience, as we had to search through multiple carts to retrieve our groceries. I believe that if a cart is temporarily unattended, it is reasonable to move it aside if needed—but transferring a customer’s items into other carts is unexpected and inappropriate. I asked the cashier at the first counter if a supervisor was available so I could report the issue, but I was told there was no supervisor present at the time. I hope you will consider providing additional training to staff to ensure they do not touch or move items inside a customer’s cart. This practice can lead to frustration and negatively impacts the shopping experience. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I hope future visits will reflect the level of service I have come to expect from your store!

These prices and the quality of the foods remains top quality. I make a special trip over to Rowes Everytime I get near this store. I love visiting this grocery store. There is an array of international foods, bakery items, sushi, deli items, fresh seafood, household staples, and hard to find items like lamb, goat, and hard to find fresh produce. No need for ordering from a caterer with this as an option.

Great supermarket with many specialty and ethnic items all at reasonable prices. Especially the prepared food is excellent and fresh and changes daily. The fruits and vegetables far exceed the quality of Publix. The store is very clean. Best supermarket in the area.

Love this grocery store! Great selection especially Asian, ( so many Filipino food ) Hispanic, Brazilian! You will find unique produce you can't find at Publix.

Seafood Counter.🦞 Very good selection of seafood both fresh and frozen. I've found their pricing to be most competitive. Good selection of seafood related, such as tartar sauce and batter mixes. Not long lines here either. Seafood also appears to be responsibly sourced. Not mass production aquaculture or factory farms in Vietnam or Malaysia.

This is the best Rowe’s location of all the ones in the JAX area! They have multiple cook food stations and so much more variety or EVERYTHING from veggies to meat, we drive from OP for this store.

Okay, so I might be in love with a grocery store??? I felt like I was walking into an international Kroger 😍😍😍 dare I say this place is beautiful? And it’s a whole vibe in here??? From the products, to the music, to the setup, to the font selection (graphic designer here 🙋🏽‍♀️), this grocery store is about to be a staple for me. Plus, they’re competitively priced compared to other local grocery stores. There’s really no reason for anyone to not shop here. Rowe’s, you’ve created a monster 🧟‍♀️
