Asian Square Supermarket

Just leaving the store this is my first time going there. the lady was very nice but the short man was following and watching us like we are thieves. Every black person dont steal so we didnt need to be followed and watched. Its a nice store and I wanted to look around and buy more things and check out the food as well but we didnt feel welcomed i feel that they probably dont like black people but never again will i come back

We were excited to visit an Asian supermarket. Unfortunately the address listed was a bit challenging to find. The location is actually behind a restaurant. Having said that, we were pleased to see the variety of produce, foods and other offerings available at the store. In particular the Asian vegetables were very attractive. Huge variety of canned goods, dried spices and snacks. They had a little counter of food to go which was nice.

This is the largest Asian market I have been to. They have a great selection of any product you could want from fresh produce to a meat counter. I really enjoy the fried garlic and the amazing ramen selection. They have cooking utensils and other supplies. The folks are very friendly and accommodating. You never know what you might find here. They also have an outdoor market on the weekends in the evening. Apparently, they have food and karaoke. Sounds like a fun time!

Customer Service is always pleasant. Employees don't mind answering questions. This time they had our favorite Pho noodles and some very fresh Chinese broccoli ! We bought 6 bags. We will be cooking it in place of collard greens this year for Thanksgiving. Less work, shorter cook time and the stems are not bitter. It's a win win.

Personally this is my favorite Asian grocery in the jax area. They have a nice selection of everything, but focused around Vietnamese cuisine which is one of my favorites so they have everything I personally am looking for. I sometimes struggle w finding my favorite coffee when making trips other Asian markets but they always have it here. They also have a great selection of ramens, spices, sauces, frozen goods, kitchen wares (bowls, knifes, plates, bowls, utensils), Asian brooms. Produce is always very nice and fresh. Also the fresh in house sandwiches are my favorite in the area even over restaurants. I personally prefer how they make their Banh Mi’s here. They use a baguette like roll which I prefer over the long skinny rolls the bread is also very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this store. The owner and workers are always so nice and friendly. Everyone has their own preferences and Asian cuisine is very diverse personally this has been my favorite of the area and definitely worth checking out.

My go-to supermarket for much of my Asian cooking needs. Really good selection of fish sauce in particular. Bean sprouts always fresh and nicely packed. Frozen food selection is really good too. Good selection of produce such as baby bok choi, chives, various herbs, cabbages, etc. Everyone here is kind and helpful. I really want to visit their night market as it looks really nice too. I'm here a lot and it's a great little shop that I enjoy supporting. I think it's very important to support these smaller markets since the bigger corporatized ones have come to town.

I came in looking for black garlic and found other beautiful little things. The Deli made fresh banh mi sandwiches. Also so much selection of everything and I found one of my keys that is hard for me to find. This is truly a treasure in the rough
