Whole Foods Market is always a great go-to. The ambience really sets this location apart. It’s clean, bright, and well-organized with a calm, welcoming vibe that makes shopping feel relaxed rather than rushed. Stop by for a quick bite. I was a little thrown off by the self serve pizza area. I witnessed customers touching slices in order to get the piece that they wanted, completely freaked me out. Other Whole Foods I visited staff served single sliced pizza and warmed it up if you preferred . Staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly, the serve yourself pizza thing… yikes. Ciao🌺

It’s a Whole Foods so everything is organized. Prices are pretty good if you know what you’re getting, as in don’t splurge and it’s a cost effective place. Amazon returns are easy here as well at the top floor.

CHRISTmas Eve Angels; My review today is specifically for an atypical visit to Whole Foods. First, I was picking up a package near Whole Foods when my 2 year old granddaughter became very ill. Security told me to pull down and park in front of Whole Foods. Jennifer was at the inside entrance and immediately reached out to Sara, the manager at the store. Jennifer went outside and watched my granddaughters while Sara led me to the section I needed to get particular items. Sara checked me out very promptly and went outside with me to show me where I could park. She came and checked on me twice and even brought me an ice cold bottle of water. I honestly was in dire straits and these two wonderful, caring women need a huge shout out from their management team. I always have a great experience when shopping at Whole Foods in Jackson but this particular experience gives me a new perspective of the hearts of two special employees.

Second time visiting this store. Clean on both visits. Plenty of free parking. Large variety of items you can't find at other groceries. My dog loves the goat milk. Staff happy to help. Parking lot can be very busy, as the are a part of a strip mall.

I always get the pizza there and most of the time it was excellent. My wife gets the salad bar, because she loves the bar there.
