Target Grocery

First time to use the drive up station and I loved it. I didn't need t run inside to get my stuff they brought it out to my car. It helped me stay on task also I don't have to go look for a parking space.

One time at Target, I tried to correct a cashier who rang up all eight of my storage boxes as the less expensive $8 linen ones, even though four of them were actually the $12 leather cubes. I could have just stayed quiet and gotten away with paying less, but I wanted to be honest and make sure the receipt was correct in case I decided to return some later because I wasn’t sure which color I liked better. Instead, asset protection pulled me aside and interrogated me before I had even paid or left the register. I was punished for wanting to do the right thing, and that experience turned me off Target completely. Honestly, I’m glad I never bought those boxes.

This is probably the best target in the area from my personal experiences. I’ve never had an issue finding parking, an associate to help, or items in the store. Plus this store is always clean. 10/10

It's target, you know what to expect. They have what you need for a few cents more than their competitor, I enjoy the free gift card deals, when, for example, you buy $50 worth of household essentials and get a $15 gift card. I'm a teacher and always appreciate when a store offers teachers discount. I bought hundreds of dollars worth of school supplies, received 20% off and a gift card, very satisfied.

Atascocita Target ROCKS. Best customer service and always have everything I need and more

They did a great job with the remodeling. Looks really beautiful and classy.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Target regarding an Xbox game I tried to return. I was told that due to "federal regulations," I couldn’t return the game for store credit and could only exchange it for another game. The issue? I own a digital-only Xbox console that doesn’t take discs, and this game was a gift. When I explained the situation to Elisa, the ETL (Executive Team Lead), she was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solution other than to "contact Microsoft." How does that make sense? I purchased the game from Target, not Microsoft, and I’m now stuck with a product I cannot use. A simple store credit would have resolved everything, but instead, I’m left out of money and with no assistance. I expected better customer service and flexibility from Target. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I’m reconsidering shopping here in the future.
