Must visit place for Deshi spices, fishes and fresh vegetables. Lots of options. They have the facilities to cut and clean the fishes and meats.

Today I first time went to this store.I baught galda chinhri and Marbel hamam dista.tha sales guy was very nice. He took $32 dollar for marbel hamam dista. He told me,it was wrong level.but when I came home I saw the level " MARBEL HAMAM DISTA"$19.99.I do t understand.

less variety, fresh fish not available,only frozen. I didn't like the store. It was very messy. It may be good for some people.

We came to Houston all the way from El Paso and visited Bangla Bazar. We bought six hilsha fish. And the taste of the Hilsha fish is amazing. The quality and taste are very good. We usually buy Hilsha fish from Indian grocery shop here in El Paso but those fishes are not fresh. Bangla bazar maintains the quality. And the lady who is the owner of the shop is very kind and helpful.The staffs are welcoming and helpful. Will definitely visit it again.
