88 Seafood Supermarket

The lady was as helpful as she could be on register I felt definitely outta my comfort zone not being able to translate what exactly I was looking for but thankfully the guy stocker no name tag or I would definitely say thank you so much for him even though he didn't speak English and I didn't speak his language he still tried to help me without hesitation with photo of what I needed he is definitely a reason why I would go back to this location. I would've given better stars but that parking lot is overcrowded.

Great vegetable varieties and cheaper than other Asian stores I go to. Fish and other seafood section have pretty good selection. One can request to have their fish fried. Meat section is good. Asian fruits are available too. I like getting the fresh tofu here usually warm and newly delivered around 1-2pm with sweet ginger sauce. My go to store for vegetables and seasonal fruits.

It’s a bit old and dirty. And they don’t take credit cards if the amount is under $10. My grandma said their seafood is great, but when we visited it today, there’s no crab left 🙁 so according to my grandma i give it 4 stars

Well stocked and easy to navigate. Great produce section and of course a big offering when it comes to seafood. Easy to get in and out quickly as they often have multiple checkers

Very convenient location due to the fact another (non-chinese) grocery store closed in the area. Large selection of seafood and fish; meat and everything chinese. You can buy live crab and lobster etc. They have a huge display with pictures of thieves they have caught in the act to shame them publicly. This is something we should learn from this culture and make it a habit in all western stores, I like the practice. However, fruit and fish have a lot of flies around. That is not hygenic. They also have a very annoying 10$ minimum limit in order to accept a credit card.

They having a soft opening. It's pretty cool to have an Asian market near the house. Have a lot of Asian food selection. Hopefully this place stays clean. The best part is the sea food selection. Plus they clean and fry your fish for you.

The cashier was very friendly but I have to mention one thing that I purchased a big watermelon at $4.99 on 9/16 in the afternoon. After I got home, I cut it in half , I can not believe that the watermelon actually was spolied inside. I ended up throwing it away, I was really disappointed about the quality of watermelon in the store. Customer Lin in Fremont
