From the Managers who are always working the store stocking while managing their empolyees, to the cashiers who are ALWAYS with excellent proffesional customer service, to carry out persons who bag and carry to our vehicles and always making sure we have a cart through all seasons and weather. The deli and seafood employees making sure our orders are accurate and providing us lunch and dinners. And the Bakery alwats making sure we have our celebration goodies and fresh bread. Last but not least our Mest dept Butchers. Ty for giving us grrat vuts of meat and mng spevial prices. Stracks on a 169th is an amazing store because of their employees. I have been coming here for 15 years. Clean store with a real neighborhood feel. The staff knows their customers and always provide great service. Their sale prices are consistently good, and when I had an issue with an order, the manager Brian handled it efficiently, kindly, and professionally.

Ok soooo, my momma and her friends/a group of them from church usually do little side stuff for personal home parties, and they needed meats, cheeses, sausages and misaligious stuff that had me lost pretty bad because its multiple women's orders. Anyways, there was this chick there named Rachel P that helped me and made it so simple n easy/like wat the hell going on, but Rachel P took care of it all like it was just another Tuesday afternoon lol #BlessHerLittleHeart. Regardless, I thought i was in trouble, but that girl Rachel P rescued me and saved the day. The women were loving me because Rachel P knew everything that these ladies wanted n needed and if it wasn't for her, I'd probably be stoned to death lol so I'll be praying n praising Rachel P and definitely coming back to this stracks again. Thanks again Rachel P, u def saved my butt..

Do not shop here for produce or fruit. The store does not properly check what they put on the sales floor, and a lot of the produce is already moldy or on the verge of going bad. This has led to a gnat problem in the store, and unfortunately, I had to throw away everything I purchased because it spoiled so quickly. I even complained to the store, but nothing was done. Save your money and shop somewhere else if you want fresh, lasting produce.

Everytime I go shopping for groceries everybody is very friendly and helpful I also end up saving money

My aunt picks up alot of groceries orders from there for door dash she said every time it be a kinda looking older hispanic lady that brings out the groceries my aunt tips her 5 dollars and but she always give the 5 dollars to another worker my aunt doesn't like that she feels that stracks worker is taking her kindness for granted
