This store has everything you need.Nice clean everything in stock unlike the store in whiting I'm never gonna go back to that location.

Only shop at Strack's when I and looking for a special item that only they sell. Their prices are just too high for my working class budget! Plus the meats and veggies are of low quality.

Wish they had more variety but the fact that they cook your fish for you is enough for me

Grocery Store Thoughts I usually shop at the grocery store near my home out of convenience—it’s just a short drive away, which makes quick trips easy. However, I’ve been noticing a steady increase in prices every time I walk through the doors. It seems like almost everything costs a little more each time I go, and the strain on my budget is becoming hard to ignore. While I appreciate the location and the familiarity of the store, I’m definitely beginning to reconsider my options. With the cost of living continuing to rise, I’m feeling more inclined to explore other stores that offer more reasonable prices without sacrificing quality. Sometimes saving a few extra minutes isn’t worth the added expense. More and more, I find myself needing to be intentional about where and how I spend. What once felt like a small, effortless routine now calls for discernment. There’s a quiet frustration in feeling like your everyday needs are becoming less affordable, especially when you’re doing your best to live within your means. I remind myself that it's okay to pause, reevaluate, and adjust, this isn’t about being picky, it’s about being wise.

So far I haven't had a bad experience going there. Store stays clean and customer service is nice. I go there for the custom cakes they make for birthdays and parties. Prices are affordable, products are fresh and good. And sometimes they have good sales.

I came to the fish/ seafood department at 7:45 to order grilled fish. The lady didn’t even respond to me when I said is the grill open. So I asked again. The man said rudely gesturing with his hand, no they were trying to close. I believe the department is open until 8pm. Very unprofessional. Felt like I got an attitude from both of them. Definitely will not be returning back here. I will take my business elsewhere.
