I had a terrible experience at Jons. I bought fish there and when I got home, I found worms inside it. I even recorded a video as proof. It was absolutely disgusting. I also noticed that many items on the shelves were expired. This store clearly doesn’t care about food quality or customer safety. I will never shop here again.

Whenever I'm in this "Jon's" I feel like I am in the neighborhood store. They are not as big as the majors but they carry a wide variety of items that you don't find elsewhere and they have very competitive pricing on many items. I consume a great many vegetables and "Jons" stocks a wide variety including the common one (carrots, green beans, spinach and potatoes). The meat selection is abundant with real butchers cutting right in front of your eyes. You can choose meat, fish or fowl and it is fresh. And of course they stock all the items you need to prepare your meal. The store is clean and the staff very friendly. 03.05.22 Stopped in to pick up a few items. As always the store is clean and the staff is friendly. And I love the wide variety of fresh produce the store carries. 05.05.23 Just doing some light shopping...strawberries, kiwi a Fosters. As always the store is clean and well staffed. Only a slight wait in line and I am on my way.

The worst "Olivie salad" I’ve ever had in my life. I honestly have no idea why they even call it Olivie. It’s just a mix of potatoes, undercooked carrots, canned peas, and pickles with barely any mayo. There’s not a single trace of meat or boiled sausage. No eggs either. Call it whatever you want, but it’s definitely NOT Olivie. And they charge $9.99 per pound for this? Come on. This is absolute disrespect toward the customer and pure exploitation.

The manager Anahit cannot speak like a manager, ZERO customer service skill. Instead of talking like a human, she yells with her very poor and limited English. She does not know how to speak in a professional and low tone of voice even if the customer isn't even raising the voice. Shouldn't it be the other way around?? The "manager" is yelling at the customer while the customer keeps the composure! Shameful customer service👎

Nice clean store I got some fruits and cookies they have a good selection of everything

I like this Jons better than the one in Burbank. In the Burbank one when I was ordering from the deli, they didn't give the food in my hand. They sent it to the counter like I'm going to steal it. This one is always friendly.

Great selection of international foods, especially Middle Eastern and Eastern European items. Produce is fresh and affordable. The bakery section smells amazing. Staff is courteous and efficient. I always find something new to try
