New Grand Mart

This is a self-service food court — I understand that clearly. You order, you pay, and you pick up your food yourself. I am NOT expecting table service, staff checking on me, or anything extra. All I expect is basic human courtesy. I’ve been here 5–6 times, and I have never had a good service experience. Not once. The food is good — that’s the only positive thing. But the attitude of the staff is consistently cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. This time, I ordered through DoorDash for pickup. My husband went to collect the order. The staff member at the counter walked away while he was standing there waiting. Someone in the kitchen had to tell her(asian woman) that a customer was in front. She came back, asked for the name, handed the food, and walked away. No greeting. No eye contact. No "thank you." No basic acknowledgment. Again — this is self-service, I get it. But customers SHOULD NOT feel ignored, unwanted, or like they are a burden. We are paying customers, not asking for free food. Good food does not excuse consistently bad service and lack of basic respect. We will not be coming back, and I will be sharing this experience so others are aware.

The korean food inside the New Grand Mart food court is so tasty , it is better than outside the restaurant. Will come back to try another dish soon. However, the groceries are very expensive compare to another Asian supermarket 🙃.

My family goes here every grocery day. It has so many international food items. The Cafe has yummy options to choose from as well.

Wide selection. Clean. Broader than most supermarkets. Food court with non chain food stores.

It used to be Lotte but now looks like smaller inside but they still have a lot of international stuff like for Korean food, Chinese, Indian and even some filipino products but in smaller selection. Looking for ginamos and bagoong but can't find one, they used to have that also. Hopefully they add more.

Alert: Fraudulent Practice 🚨 The store charged us for an item that never existed or we never bought it. Check the receipt attached here. 🧾 Contrary to other products, the highlighted item has no code or name, and when we counted, it was an extra charge. 😠 We reached out to the store, but the salegirls were super rude and did not cooperate with us. 😡 and it is already our second time. We gonna stop going there forever.

Asian grocery store with a focus on Korean food that also has general food as well and an excllent selection of many different types of rice. A very good food court with an excellent bakery- Tous Les Jours and other types of restaurants inside the food court .
