I just want to remind everyone to always check your receipts carefully. My daughters picked out four toys today — two of which were supposed to be on clearance. But when I about to pay I noticed I had been charged full price. I pointed it out to the cashier and mentioned that one of the toys should have been the clearance price of $5.00. However, she told me the price label wasn’t correct even I showed her the label price on the shelf as attached picture and said she couldn’t adjust the price. This actually happened to us before, but last time I didn’t notice until we got home, so there was nothing we could do about it. It’s really disappointing. And I feel like they are doing this intentionally . I can’t help but feel like this might be happening to other customers who don’t notice the price differences right away.

Miniso is such a good place to shop! The store is very clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I love their wide selection of cute and affordable items. Everything is displayed neatly, which makes browsing a really pleasant experience. The products are stylish, functional, and reasonably priced. The overall vibe is calm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely awful employees. When I got in line, there was about 7 people in front of me and only one cashier. About 3 minutes later another cashier finally opens up. She helps the line until I am literally next. The cashier who helped to open up closed her register as soon as she was done with who she was helping and completely ignored me. I was the very last person in line and right when it was my turn she closed. Not only that, but when she saw I was still waiting after about 2 minutes because the person currently being helped was taking a long time, she had the audacity to say out loud "we have a self checkout you're using card". She could have very easily opened up her register again. And to make it EVEN worse, an employee wanted to buy some snacks so she asked her if she could open up (cutting me in line after having waited 10 mins) and she did to check her out. Then when done she ONCE AGAIN closes instead of helping me. Never coming here again. Also ridiculously overpriced.

I've been twice now and they definitely cleaned up recently. It's fully stocked and more organized. Sadly, when I went again there was a sticky area as someone dropped a drink and they haven't fully cleaned it. It was difficult pursuing the popular sanrio area. But the brand itself sells a lot of cute stuff so. It's great for holiday shopping right now.

The employees are unprofessional, I’ve been here TWICE. First time when I came here there were no bags at all but it was okay since the staff there was being nice, but this time they were giving us an attitude saying there was no bag here like she would rather be somewhere else but here. Stuff there was also WAY TOO pricey. Would not recommend!

Fully-stocked, very clean interior with a wide selection. Lots of Sanrio stuff! There's some Korean makeup here too 🙂

First time shopping and signing up for Miniso reward. We tried 6 different blind boxes with different prices, series, none of them can be redeemed for birthday blind box. I think they just want to get you to buy stuff and forfeit your rewards
