Hi everyone! The store itself, I love but the overall customer service is not the greatest. Ben is nice. But over all, Teresa, and predominantly the female staff a few guy staff trying to fit in with the women are a bit rude disrespectful and very unethical. Most of the female staff watch me so hard commit mean acts towards me. So I don't care for all of the staff. Others they don't seem to mistreat at least in my presence, but have been mean to mean. One staff Michelle over charged me multiple times. There are at least 10 of them that are miserably insecure and jealous of any beautiful woman of all ethnicity with a shape. I get dirty stares and two -5 are obsessed. So if you're beautiful and perfectly built keep your distance because they seem friendly. But the store itself I love. Whole foods speaks for itself. Healthy food. Customer service varies😂. Have a wonderful day everyone ❤️

Today I had a weird encounter. I love going to Whole Foods for some items in specific. Today I went with my boyfriend and we seen a rack with discounted items and last chance items. The fault was ours that we didn’t read correctly about how not all of it was 50%off so we got some items from the shelf thinking it was discounted. The items were tea bags, a $17 serum, and a hair towel. We would’ve not got this stuff if it wasn’t discounted. While we were at the register paying for our stuff, the cashier rung us up and we noticed the items weren’t 50% so we asked how come it wasn’t. Then an older lady Souli had to go check the shelf and came back to let us know that some items are 50% off and the rest are last chance. (Last chance means they are about to expire, be discontinued, or overstocked according to Google). We said to remove the serum and hair towel. Then Souli tells the cashier to remove the ‘expensive’ stuff. Just that little comment made my boyfriend and I feel uncomfortable. There was no reason for that comment. Please check yourself on what you say before saying it because a little comment like that can make someone feel VERY uncomfortable.

I just walked in to buy a whole family meal. They didn’t have much of a variety which I understand. They probably sell out a lot. I asked if they had an idea of how long till they put fresh items out. The lady proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t know OK no big deal. I then asked is there like a rough estimate time or maybe every so often they put out food Maybe like every 20 to 40 minutes possibly?? And she acted like she couldn’t maybe just ask The team in the back real quick like I estimated time I didn’t mind waiting. But no, instead I got like a smart ass remark She said I don’t wanna tell you a time and you get mad. As if that alone wouldn’t upset me, she proceeded to tell me about how busy they’ve been And that’s where it all tied together I knew I wasn’t exaggerating the way I was feeling she seemed a bit irritated definitely not a good look. I wasn’t the one who made you mad.

The place is good for shopping 🛍️ house holds but there is problem with Amazon drop off section. The computer who scan bar codes are not working 😕👎🏻 and there is only one guy who's managing all the thing very nicely, if the computer works fine then the burden on him will be less. 🙏🏻

I was recommended to try their Raw Milk. Best milk I've ever had, hands down. Definitely recommend this place for more healthy items.

Whole Foods has a wonderful selection of fresh produce as well as a seafood counter, prepared food to go, a nicely stocked bakery, and a beautiful selection of fresh flowers. However, while shopping there, several employees were not wearing their masks correctly and their noses were exposed. If the employees had at least maintained social distance and focused upon the safety and comfort of customers within the store instead of pulling online orders, it would have been a much better shopping experience.

I was looking for a diabetic friendly cake or pie for a birthday. Eric is the one that helped me and he went out of his way to help me. I'm very grateful and he's the reason why I'm writing this review. Thanks again Eric!
