10 Box Fort Smith

I've always loved going to 10 box.It was my favorite grocery store, but I i had very bad experience lately.It's like every time that i've gone in there to purchase any type of meat this whole month it has been rotten. The only reason I even continued to go back was because I thought it might have just been accidental but other people are having the same issues. I've went and told the meat department about it thinking the issue would have been resolved only to come back the following week to the same thing..Be careful when buying meat .... If you're a 10 box fan, I highly recommend the Van Buren one

Customer service is best I've seen. Registers have long lines, but they are fast and efficient. Looks like its getting face lift when enter building. This is great. Thank you 10Box for lowest cost on everything!

Has a great selection of diffrent items but the freezer section was a mess, most of the bags in 2 diffrent isles had frozen water on the and freezer burn crstyls on them, most item are a good price but the majority go beyond WM price with the add 10% at register. 8/3/25 Place is worse, some meat coolers are to warm, smelt like rotten blood near the chicken pieces and ground beef. butcher handling meat with no mask, hairnet or gloves.

Went shopping and wasn’t paying much attention to the items we grabbed but we got a Mississippi mud cake and a 7up cake one was expired by a month and the other one had a entire chuck missing from the cake they both ended up in the trash

I have always been disappointed in this place. It advertises cost plus ten percent. That is not true unless they're paying way too much for wholesale. Typically Walmart's cheaper and has a better selection. Many of the sale items on the 10Box app are not carried at this store. The only reason I was here this day was to go to Western Union.

I would like to know how they are calculating their "costs". Maybe the owners are adding in the costs of boats and mansions? Aside from some generic items that are cheap, almost everything there can be found cheaper elsewhere, even before adding in the extra 10% you have to pay. I have NEVER seen a place, charge over $7/lb for brisket before. Not even a good brisket! Like I said, generic stuff can be found at good prices. Not much else. And, even the bird there above the front entrance squawks at you like it is angry that you are there.

Nice store, they was remodeling some parts of it, Some customers very rude in there but other than that a very good store
