Aunt's Oriental Grocery

I was next door at Sun Fish Market and they mentioned this place had kimbap, so I stopped in. They give you a good portion for $10 along with a couple pieces of pickled radish, but honestly the flavor just wasn’t there for me. The beef had no seasoning and the presentation felt lacking. The store itself seemed a little old and unorganized. An older lady was running the counter — she didn’t speak much English. I might go back to see what else they have, but overall, nothing really stood out on my first visit.

This Korean-owned grocery store’s claustrophobia-inducing space carries all the essential ingredients in a Korean kitchen. It also features a small selection of freshly-made Korean snacks like rice cakes and kimbap. Service is friendly and obliging.

They had everything I was looking for to make a good Korean meal at home. No, my Korean food is not as good as authentic Korean food. But having the right ingredients helped. The nice lady at the register went around the store helping me find what I needed. She didn't get frustrated with my poor pronunciation of the ingredients either. I will shop here again.

Store owner was so sweet and their takeout food is soooo good. I’ve been trying to find a place to get kimbap for years after the one I went to closed down and even though I know how to make it, it’s just not that good. The one I bought had beef I think and it was so tender and just right! Would most def come back here regularly for it and other things!

They didn't have what I wanted. But they have good customer service. It's worth a trip there

This is such a wonderful store. The prices are an amazing deal and they sell lots of kimchi! They have every popular asian food you could think of, like pocky, banana milk. The people are really nice and helpful, as well!

It seemed to specialize in Korean products. I saw fresh cooked food in there and it looked good (japchae). Unfortunately, a drink I bought there was expired. Check the dates before you buy.
