New Grand Mart

Went there looking for coconut milk powder via a friend’s recommendation. They have it and a lot more! Peruvian, Egyptian and Indian ingredients to name a few.

The only thing new in this store is the word "new" in their name. Get ready to throw away about one third of all groceries withunt 3 days of buying it. This has happened to us time and again. The store owners do not believe in good faith and have very stringent return/exchange policy. No exchanges with receipt. No exchange of rotten/stale/wilted stuff even if it rots in 3 days of buying it.

I go here all the time, its great. incredibly well stacked and fresh produce, meet, fish, crabs, conch, etc. the store is bright and clean. support personnel are 'always' working the shelves and stock. The managers check the isles especially the produce. i think there are different kinds of produce from all over the world. i recommend it highly.

I have been coming here for a while, and recently they have hired new managers and the store is looking great, they have their employees always checking the fruits and Vegetables making sure to keep the fresh with the fresh and the older ones in its own section and marked down. now there are more new products being added all the time thanks to the new managers. The place is going up!

Really bad services. I went there on Thursday 15, 2024 to buy fish and few items for my groceries. On my way in to the store, I pick up a small mandarin to test it before I buy it. I saw Spanish guy walking towards different directions. I told him that I’m going to eat that mandarin to test before I buy because last time I had bad one from them. 10 minutes later I saw him chasing me. Made me feel uncomfortable. While I was talking to the guy who works in the fish area. On my way back to the groceries, he came to me with his broken English that I need to pay that orange before I do anything. I was speechless. I went to the customer services, another lady was there. Broken English as well asking to pay before I continue shopping. She asked to pay 25 cts. I paid and I couldn’t shop from there. The store smells bad. They need to train their staff how to communicate and trait customers.

Hello everyone, today I bought a flounder at this location and it had a live worm (parasite), please make sure you check your fish, cook it very well and don't eat it raw.

This store location is spacious. Big parking good location. Can improve in 1)cleanliness 2) Remove molded unfresh vegetables 3) Compare price with other stores (this store prices are higher) 4) Keep comfortable temperature. V cold in winter warm in summer not pleasant for shoppers as well as employee. Most important is item 1 and 2. Be respectful to shoppers and employees alike.
