Merry Christmas, everyone! Today I bought ground beef from Whole Foods, and I got a surprise inside! How could they neglect their reputation and wrap old, smelly, stale meat in fresh ground beef? I thought I was buying regular fresh ground beef, but I got a mix. I never thought something like that could happen🙄

I like the store. It is clean, nicely organized and most employees are amazing. I have only ran into two hick ups: 1. I love the pizza that they make over there. You can order a whole pie on the spot, picking your toppings and they will make it in about 15 mins. I eat healthy for the most part, but once in a while I would have a pizza. Of course, it is best that a person eats freshly made pie with organic toppings. What disappointed me at this store is that the person working the pizza stand, refused to make a pizza for me at 7:45 pm on a Friday claiming that they stop making pizza at 7 pm. However, my mom has gotten a pizza freshly made there even at a later hour. So I guess the employee simply didn't feel like making it. It was extremely disappointing. The second thing was that self-checkout wouldn't scan my prime code . It has happened on multiple occasions. I think they need to improve that function. Other than that , I love whole foods . Organic chicken is cheaper here than at other stores. Recommend the rosemary sour dough bread , it is out of this world. They run out quick, I probably shouldn't have mentioned it because there will be less of it now LOL.

It's a beautiful store! We got some food from the hot table! We also wanted to have 3 sandwiches made but the employee said he wasn't trained to make sandwiches. He said the employees that could make sandwiches were on a break. We did some more shopping and came back. There was 2 employees making our sandwiches. They had to keep looking at a book. It took about 20 Minutes for them to make 3 sandwiches. Two of the sandwiches had a lot more meat than the third sandwich. The employees didn't seem to know how to wrap the sandwiches. Consequently when we got home two of the sandwiches came unwrapped. We had to put the sandwiches back together. The 2 sandwiches that had all the ingredients and more meat were delicious. The skinny sandwich left me hungry. Hope you can get your employees adequately trained.

This location needs a new management team. Customer service is horrible and the hot bar food is absolutely terrible; mostly dry and hard. People don’t seem to like their food here, maybe that’s why it’s old and nasty. Pete’s market and trader Joe’s are definitely better options. The only reason I come to this location is because it’s on my way home and it’s convenient, but never again. Yelp ratings for this location is only 3.2 stars. Not surprising at all. Whole Foods customer service, don’t reach out to me because you obviously don’t work at the store and have no idea how bad it is sometimes. Besides, I have reached out several times and you have no interest in making the situation better for customers.

Have been shopping here for years and I noticed the prices are getting higher & higher. Also the roasted chicken is always well done to burnt. You can only eat the dry breast because the wings & legs are overly cooked and hard.
