I live in Chicago and somehow 65.87 was stolen off my EBT at this store .make it make sense why people stealing in another state

Found this little store on my morning walk thanks to OK Google and walking instructions from Google Maps. Has a fresh meat counter with very helpful butcher. Custom sliced a fresh chicken breast for me. Also tried a few pieces of dried cod fish after he explained how to soak in water to remove the excess salt. Also found some nice fresh produce. Did I mention the reasonable prices for small neighborhood store.
