Love Cardenas. Ads change weekly on Wed and they recently have Wed produce specials as well as 3-day weekend & digital specials. Most Cardenas have a hot deli & roast meat food section with daily specials and fresh tortillas, tamales and hot stews/soups with tables/chairs for in-store dining, a bakery (fresh breads, pastries, cakes and custom orders), produce, butcher & deli meat counter plus a full grocery store including alcoholic beverages. Their produce prices are the best compared to regular supermarkets and this is a great store to stock up for family, special occasions, tailgate parties & holidays. Most stores have a parking lot with handicap near the front entrances but spaces are limited. Accepts cash, credit/debit and EBT/SNAP.

Mexican and Latin American themed grocery store selling a variety of groceries, alchohol, warm food, and meat/seafood. Pleasant experience if you need something fast. Prices are fair, customer service is fast, and the store is well put together. Details will follow: [Groceries] They have pretty much everything here if it can be found in Mexico or elsewhere. They have a large grocery section, they have a deli with hot food in tubs that looks great, they have beer, and they have a cheese, meat, and seafood section! Everything is written in English and Spanish, which is a plus! The store could be organized and faced (pushing all products to the front) better, but otherwise a great store. [Location] Located in a large complex next to Target and Ikea. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Safe area. Easily accessible from Highway 1. [Customer Service] Customer service was efficient. Everyone spoke Spanish and English which is great for helping everyone! . Super helpful staff!

I am a regular customer bc I live in East Palo Alto today like many other days I shop here no one likes to help us English speaking people. For example today in the meat department I received no help. I waited and got cut by Spanish speaking people. There were 3 workers and 2 left and one was busy with a customer and when I ask a lady worker she tells me to wait on the other guy and disappears. But she only points don’t even talk to me. So I guess that’s what she meant. Then another guy comes and helps a lady that just walked into line in front of me. I’m so angry by now. I went to go look for the manager and they said the manager is not here? How is that possible? The person I spoke to heard my frustration and walked me to the back to spoke in Spanish to the guys to help me. I only wanted one pound of shrimp I very small request I wasn’t going to take all day like the rest of the people who cut me. I ask that you guys do better and hire people that can speak English as well. We all can’t speak Spanish and it’s not fair we get ignored by your workers bc they are afraid to communicate with us. And it’s not right you guys allow this to happen for so long. I really tired of being ignored here!

Today 09/28/2025 Team Cocina had a very pleasant morning, with our new clients two families came to our dining room, where you will read liked the service and the good seasoning of our kitchen and of course supported by our management, giving a good reference to our favorite place 😉 Blessed work day...

This place used to have great food options at their taqueria but this last burrito was it.Mostly rice and cream and I get they're supposed be there to help fill the burrito but when every bite taste like wet rag with the meat that tastes like yesterday meat. Pass on the burritos.

Citali was very helpful. She was friendly, professional and a lovely young woman. It made my shopping trip easy.

Cuz of the area , prices are slightly higher, however is a clean place to shop
