On November 25th, 2025, between 6 and 7 PM, I saw a Black woman working by herself, and she really stood out to me. She was fast, accurate, and genuinely putting in the effort. Even when there was an issue with the phone app, she immediately knew how to fix it and took care of it right away. Her positive energy and the way she talked lifted my mood and made me feel really grateful. I truly hope Amazon recognizes her for all of this. It’s been a while since I’ve seen someone work that hard. I forgot to leave a rating on the machine next to me, so I’m leaving this here instead. Truly appreciated her!
The place had a major facelift with more space for packages and a quick delivery. Very convenient
