India Import - Indian Grocery Store

I really wanted to report this store to food safety authorities. They are crazy and dangerous. All the items in clearance are expired and how dare you guys sell them openly? And most of the products they have removed the expire date on it.

Good desi selections. Nice person on the cash register. Only deducting a star for organization as it’s hard to stroll the cart through the aisles and tap way don’t work for >$100. I usually have to present a physical card or split payments.

Another Indian grocery in town. The owner/ staff was very well behaved, organized and helpful. They have all usual stuff, and many more. The interesting part is, they have Bangladeshi products as well. You will get various fishes, rice, and spices typical to Bengali cuisine. I’m an Indian Bengali however love to shop here because I get the ghee by Anil Ghosh, which is the best. I keep visiting them, and recommend a lot.

Good place for Indian grocery. Prices are comparable with other similar stores in the Memphis area. It's very conveniently located right next to Walmart. However, their collection is not the biggest in Memphis, in terms of Indian grocery stores.

First time! Great experience! Employee stopped his lunch to help me not to mention he knew exactly where everything was located. He asked did I want power or fresh !!! 10/10

They have great collection of Bangladeshi and Indian food products, very well organized. Frozen fish was also available.

Saturday morning. 04/27/24. 10:07 AM and still not open. Been waiting for 20 minutes now. All dark inside and door locked. Unacceptable. Sign says they open at 10:00 AM. Desi Standard Time doesn’t apply to businesses in America. Update: I went back to this store and they were very helpful. I was having an extremely tough morning that day and I also appreciate the fact that someone responded to my original review with an apology. 5 stars now.
