Whole Foods Market

Review written 12/13/2025. They don’t have tofu or kale on their salad bar which some other Whole Foods do. This limits protein options for vegetarians like me. However, it’s a nice resource to have a salad bar. This parking lot gets congested and very very busy, I recommend to be careful Chicago bag fee at checkout, I recommend bringing your own bags Amazon return counter in this location

Great selection, always my go to for living in the area. Has above ground and underground parking. I just wish they had mini restaurants at this location like they do in the larger Whole Foods stores. Also, my new favorite optometrist and optical, Luminous Eyecare is conveniently located right across the street which is amazing!!!!

Fantastic customer service by Maria today at 12:30 p.m. I was asking for a garbage can and she offered to take my cup and throw it away for me. I've been coming to this whole foods for almost 5 years I have never experienced French level of service thank you Maria

The salad bar and hot bar are always half empty. Dressings, toppings and seeds are always missing. Don't bother going early to get your lunch for work, salad bar doesn't get filled until after 10am and both the hot bar and salad bar are practically empty and not refilled after 6pm. And, they Never change the options! They have been serving the same options for Years!

Bad experience with one of the workers, what an attitude, I will never shop here again! I was so excited to try the coffee bar - the man that made my coffee was very pleasant and professional! Unlike the other woman I had to deal with 10/28 around 11:30am Came back 12/17 and I still don’t feel the staff is friendly, I’ll go out of my way to another Whole Foods or a store that appreciates their customers ! Pizza isn’t great and I was expecting more …

I really like Whole Foods, especially their produce, and this location has usually been fine—never exceptional, but generally pleasant. Today, though, the customer service felt unusually rude. I was returning a soap dispenser that didn’t work. When I asked someone where customer service was located, their response was curt. Then the woman who helped me with the return made a point of asking when I purchased it and told me that after 30 days they "can’t do anything." I had already picked out another dispenser, but I also couldn’t get that one open. She called over another customer service person—who was very kind and worked hard to get it open. After that, the original employee just said, "Oh, just take it," but in a way that didn’t feel warm or friendly. The item didn’t cost much, but the experience was disappointing. It’s too bad, because I usually enjoy shopping there.

My opinion is that Whole Foods, they have their own brand now, different packaging is all it. People who shop there are being changed Astronomical prices, either they don't care how much extra they are paying for same items you could get at Walmart for 35% cheaper. I only checked one item, real honey 19$ at Whole Foods, 14$ at Walmart. SAME ITEM!!!
