I really appreciate the management and staff for taking customer feedback seriously. After receiving some negative reviews, they proactively addressed many of the concerns, and while a few areas are still a work in progress, it’s clear they are committed to continuous improvement. 🙌 It’s not easy to satisfy every customer, but they are doing their best—and it shows. The store now feels well-managed, organized, and more responsive to customer needs. Thank you for bringing in products that remind me of home—from groceries and Pooja items to fresh veggies and traditional snacks. It’s truly comforting to find everything I used to get in my own country. Great job to the entire team for listening, improving, and making the shopping experience better for everyone!

I am sharing this feedback with a genuine intention to help a good team of Indian grocers improve their customer experience. I shop here regularly and have always appreciated the variety that they carry.. However, in recent visits, I’ve noticed repeated billing errors at checkout, particularly with one cashier who seems to miss price details during billing even after pointing out errors as a customer. For example: • On one occasion, beetle leaves were billed at $5 instead of $1. I got that corrected later. • Today, a single pack of chicken was billed at $42 instead of $12. When I requested her to verify the price, she asked me to check with the meat department myself. There were several other customers in line, and I didn’t want to hold them up or embarrass her, so I quietly waited — but the cashier continued to process other customers without addressing the issue. She was also engaged in personal regional language conversations during billing with another customer and never realized her insensitive behavior and made me wait for no reason. After others left, I explained that as a customer, it would be more appropriate for staff to help resolve billing discrepancies rather than asking customers to investigate pricing errors. This was my experience today (11/05) at 3:30pm This feedback is shared in the spirit of continuous improvement, as I truly value this store and the service it provides to the community. I hope this helps in improving staff attentiveness, customer centricity and effective customer handling at checkout.

Food is bland, uncooked and tasteless. Ordered chicken biryani online and when I went for pickup, they took 30 mins. which we can understand when restaurant is busy but whole place is empty. On top of that, we got chicken uncooked literally uncooked in the biryani. Now I understand why they have sanity rating 85.5. To restaurant owner: Please stop serving the food until you fix the sanity rating and serving the food uncooked will sick the people.

I have started visited Subham First i thought its only grocery store but i was surprised to see they have a restaurant and i was blown away by the taste and varieties they make. Their breakfast spread, biryanis, and curries were full of authentic desi flavors, and the homemade dhokla was incredibly soft and fresh. Even the appetizers were on point. A place that truly feels like a slice of home—highly recommended! Their THANDOORI- CHICKEN.

Subham Supermarket is the best Indian store with a great selection of groceries, fresh produce, and halal meat. The food from the restaurant is always fresh, authentic, and delicious. Clean store, friendly staff, and highly recommended.
