Its a one stop shop for all the Indian related fresh food, grocery, live cane juice, in-house made snacks and drinks. This shop is the sole reason to reduce our homesickness. Its the Costco of Indian products. A must visit place.

Great Indian store, have met many Indian friends there and has very unique things that you can’t get many other places. Their in-store restaurant is cool too and sells good, Indian snacks. The store can be messy, disorganized, cluttered/unclean, and the Indian produce isn’t always fresh for some negatives. Also, had a gross experience with an employee where he was selling some Indian juice drink and asked if he had samples he was confused so I asked again and he shook his head no but also offered me one of his drinks that was set aside from the others and looked like someone had drunk from it, probably him. Not a very healthy man and other staff aren’t the best withered they’re usually polite and do their job fine but they don’t really engage with you or make you feel welcome. Despite all this, it is still a great Indian hub that offers a huge collection of Indian goods and will definitely continue to go here for them.

I cannot recommend Patel Brothers Chandler highly enough! Shopping here is truly a fantastic experience every single time. It's more than just a grocery store; it's a vibrant, well-stocked hub for all my Indian grocery needs. Unbeatable Product Selection and Quality • Fresh Produce: The quality of the fresh produce is consistently excellent. I always find the freshest curry leaves, okra (bhindi), bitter gourd, and Indian mangoes when they are in season—items that are often hard to find or not as fresh elsewhere. • Everything Else: They carry an incredible variety of every essential: various types of rice (Basmati, Sona Masoori), lentils and dals (moong, masoor, chana dal), fresh paneer, and an amazing assortment of biscuits and snacks (like Haldiram's). If you need an ingredient for a specific regional dish, chances are they have it! 🧑‍🍳 Exceptional Customer Service The staff here is what truly sets this store apart. They are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. On multiple occasions, they have gone out of their way to: • Help me find an obscure ingredient I couldn't locate. • Offer great cooking tips or suggestions for the best brand. • The checkout process is always quick and efficient. ✨ Cleanliness and Atmosphere The store is always spotlessly clean and well-organized, which makes the shopping trip enjoyable and stress-free. It has a wonderful, authentic energy that makes me feel connected to India.

I recently noticed that some packaged items at this store seemed to have re-stamped expiry dates, which made me uncomfortable buying them. As a customer, I expect clear and accurate expiry information for safety. I hope the store improves transparency and quality checks, because customers trust that grocery items are fresh and properly dated.

Large selection of grocery and even larger selection of vegetables and fruits. But they have just doubled all prices for some reason. And they now only provide their Inhouse lower quality Swad brand option for many spices. That’s painful - low quality and higher prices. I go out of way to Cloves or Orange Tommy. Used to love Patel Brothers earlier.

Why is this kind of food even being sold in the market?????☹️☹️☹️☹️I bought beaten rice two weeks ago and used to eat it with milk. One day, I got diarrhea and thought maybe something was wrong. Later, I checked the beaten rice and guess what? 😔It was full of bugs! I put it out in the sun for 6 hours thinking they'd die but no, they were still alive! This is disgusting and unacceptable. Everyone, please be careful. This is a serious health risk!🤨🤨

Patel brothers store at chandler is the biggest grocery store with large range of products to an extent where they have Ganesha idols for indian festival celebration. Glad that every possible Indians friendly veggies and fruits are made available here. Prices are competitive for few items.
