Daiso - Japanese Household Goods

This Daiso store is bigger than the one in Phoenix that I visited last year. As was the Phoenix store, this one was clean and well lit. Aisles are narrow, and there are LOTS of items in this store. My favorite part of Japanese stores is the stationary. So many cute things! I want all the stickers. Looks like the price for most items in the store has crept up to over $2 each I never can figure out the prices at Daiso, even with the charts all over the store. I'm on a budget, so I didn't buy anything. But it sure is fun to look around. I'm surprised that Daiso and TESO Life are located next to each other, but it makes for convenient shopping.

Love, love, love this place! It has a great selection of stocking stuffers and such a wide variety of items. Many of the products remind us of Japan and really bring the culture here. It’s a fun store to browse and always easy to find something unique and useful.

This was a much bigger store than some of the other Daiso locations I’ve been to. They have a lot of cute knickknacks and I love all the Sanrio goodies! They also carry Campus notebooks! Staff was helpful and friendly. Place was clean and everything was either fully stocked or was in the process of being restocked. This was a nice location

This Daiso location just opened in March 2023. It is a Japanese version of a Family Dollar store. Most items are $1.75 each, unless otherwise noted. The items that cost more might be labeled in Japanese Yen, but there are currency conversion charts all over the store to help you figure out how much an item will cost before you get to the front registers. I actually had to go back a couple of times before I could get in to shop. They were very busy, especially since they opened during Chandler schools' spring break. The aisles are kind of small, especially if you are holding a hand basket or a large purse to shop. I would imagine that it would very difficult to navigate through the aisles in a wheelchair or with a baby stroller. There are lots of little things to look at. There are art supplies, kitchenware, garden gadgets, and generally a lot of stuff that you never knew you needed until you see it. It is a fun place to get inexpensive gifts for Easter baskets, stocking stuffers, a kid's birthday, baby showers, teacher gifts, etc. It is also nice to see stores filling up this shopping center again. They open at 10am every day.

Great place to find items to organize your life and necessities for cheap. Everything is $1.75 unless labeled otherwise. This location is large with an extra room in back. Very neat and clean. Self check out and must bring your own bags or purchase for a fee.

This place is fun. Great place to find a variety of Japanese goodies. I've been to Japan and to be able to find some snacks that I miss is great! Some of the plushies in the claw machine are sus. They look off, for example all the pikachu plush had noses missing. Idk if they're bootleg of just defects but the vulpix looked off too. Overall great experience.

10/10 best place for a date or a girls day!! Very affordable 🎀 I love the stationary here and the Sanrio things they sell.
