Walmart Neighborhood Market

This Walmart location has been a little bit of a mess since they've been doing a remodel, but it is still my favorite place to go shopping. The employees who work there have always been so helpful even when the store is busy. Yesterday when I was in the deli there was a zany chap named Prince who was just a delight to interact with. He very helped me get the items I needed while maintaing a positive vibe with me and his coworkers.

Went there to use the Coinstar and half way through my coins jammed up. Customer Service Clara came and helped. She was a huge help. Shout out to her and the manager. Friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great support.

I’ve shopped at this Walmart for about 10 years with no issues, but this was my first unpleasant experience. After the announcement that the store was closing in 5 minutes, my husband and I split up to grab our last items. Despite the announcement, two employees approached me within moments to tell me the store was closing, which felt rushed and unnecessary. One asked what I needed but didn’t know what sauerkraut was and couldn’t help me find it. When we checked out at 10:58 PM, the employees were clearly waiting for us to finish, one even holding her lunch bag. Another questioned whether we paid for the cat food while my husband was literally paying for it. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and made me feel like a burden, which left a sour taste after years of positive experiences.

Decent shop today. I've been to this WNM a number of times because Mom likes their prices. Today's visit was better than usual in that they actually had products on the shelves. New management since last time? We found what we wanted and were on the way.

I am literally over your frappy employees. We're not all trained correctly. Jessica your store manager is amazing. She's the only person in there that has any sense at all whatsoever Walmart company and none of your employees know the rules because some look at me like I'm an idiot and refuse simply just refuse to cash my check so on January 4th at 9:30 a.m. whoever the three women were at your customer service desk should be retrained or fired. They're absolutely incapable of performing their job correctly. They would not even call anybody to verify that what I was saying was correct even though the one girl sees me there. Walmart is by far one of the worst big corporations to ever exist. And this store in particular is by far the worst get it together Walmart and Jessica you need a new job you're too good for this place.

There were 5 people in line at the Customer Service counter yesterday. GAIL was the only one working. I want to compliment her on how well she did working under pressure. She was calm, pleasant, professional and patient. She took time with each of us to make sure our needs were met. I told her she was doing a great job but I want management to know as well. She made all of us feel like we mattered. Thank you Gail

Even though the Market place on Skyline is going through a major renovation, shopping is still fairly quick. Everyone checks to make sure you can find everything ok. I always look for Andrea's line at checkout to get that great smile & she always asks if I could find everything I was looking for. Her line is always a great way to finish up a shopping trip.
