MINISO USA

This store is always so organized. Today I had a wonderful experience when Chrissy helped us find a perfect gift for my mom and sister. She literally stopped what she was doing so that she could help us locate the perfect gift for them. It made my holiday season so much better.

customer service is soso good. love shopping here and they always have what I’m looking for! 💗💕 much better than the miniso in northridge

Fabulous store! Lots of great stuff at good prices!

I called ahead of time. The item I was trying to buy was out of stock in a couple of stores. Long story short, the young lady that answered the phone went above and beyond to help me, she looked for the item in the stockroom and found it for me, amazing service 👏 Tysm I didn't get her name but has short purple hair. 💜

DO NOT GIVE YOUR NUMBER TO THIS STORE, they are selling customers’ phone numbers to spam callers and telemarketing "companies". I have gotten so many spam calls since I shopped here and given my number for their so called points system. Horrible mistake

I bought a face mask with different merchandise! The cashier didn’t put the face mask I paid and what so hard is there is no contact number both on the receipt nor online to inform them and worst part is I live far from this branch !!!! What a scam!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Just had a spirited debate with 2 knucklehead managers (no name tags) over the return policy. They actually seemed to feel good that they won the day, but lost me as a customer, standing weakly behind "the policy" and the fact this is a company from CHINA, like so what? Hope these employees feel good about their foolish policies. and the fact that the receipt say so.. CRAZY, BUYER BEWARE!! Stay away, and shop American
