Thanks for your SERVICE !!! I shop here because the store carries many products that are important to our community, and I appreciate the selection and affordability especially for Bangladeshi and Asian ingredients that can be hard to find elsewhere in Buffalo. However, I want to share my recent experience with the outdoor conditions around the store. The parking lot and sidewalks were extremely slushy, muddy, and slippery, making it difficult and unsafe to walk, especially for people pushing carts or carrying heavy groceries. You can see the situation clearly in the photos I’ve attached. Buffalo winters are tough, and snow can pile up fast ; we all understand that. But routine cleanup, salt, or plowing would make a huge difference for customers who rely on this location. With how busy the store is and how important it is to the neighborhood, I believe cleanliness and safety outside should be a higher priority. I hope the management will take this seriously and improve the maintenance of the parking area and walkways. I want to keep supporting this business, and I know many others do too ,making the outside environment safer and cleaner will only help the store continue to grow and succeed. Thank you for listening and I look forward to seeing improvements!

I went to this store the other day. I was first in line but the worker kept taking people from the back and helping them out even tho I asked twice to get some help on an item because I noticed that one of the prices were wrong. Eventually I talked to the manager about it and he told me if I didn’t want to buy it I can leave the store which is so rude. I told him that this isn’t how you treat your customers but he kept telling me to leave and gave me a push and a lot of their workers started to Surrounded me. This is store is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat their customers. And they favor their own people.

A very busy supermarket but we managed to get the last spot in the car park. I was really impressed with the layout and all the shelves were well stocked. Staff were courteous and helpful. I would like to mention a lovely young lady named Imrana. The sweet bread I love hadn’t been delivered to the store. So Imrana called me when it arrived so I could pick it up! Imrana mentioned we all know how much you love that bread! Now that’s what you call exceptional service. I was truly overwhelmed and very grateful. Fruits and vegetables were fresh (better than I’ve seen anywhere else). Huge queue for the meat and fish (no funky smells). They have a small restaurant at the back with some seating. I bought some desserts and they were delicious. Prices weren’t too bad either. Definitely worth the drive from Hilton NY. Will have to make this a regular visit from now on.

You could literally see the slimy web forming in the chicken biryani. I let it go the first time and gave them another chance, but this is too much. Our family could've gotten sick and we could’ve been hospitalized. This is what you call food borne illness. How could you sell this to your customers that support your business? I hope other people can see this and avoid this food place. There's many other restaurants you can eat from. If you don't want to waste your money and put your health at risk please avoid this restaurant. Nowadays it's all about the money. They don't have love in their food and they don't care about their customers. Please note that this has been going on for several months now and nobody has tried to fix the issue. I'm not the only one that went through this bad experience. The only thing this restaurant has been doing is apologizing. Apologizing is not going to fix anything and it will not change the fact that a customer got sick.

Disappointed by their customer service. The place was dirty and had strong odor. Some products were over priced.

I'm regular customer for this place mostly love their tea, however they would not valuve, even just to pickup one tea needs to wait 20 minutes though I totally agreed there are some other customers are waiting however considered wasting time I stopped coming here and went to another Restaurent who know the valve on regular visitor also surprised the same tea one person charging $1.5 and the other one adding $1.99, I never asked for clarifications, Also other than that they have very fresh vegetables, meat all grocery needs. Cheers keep u remember customers are the key in this business world, valuve them and treat equally. Thanks
