Piggie Bonita

The best Walmart I’ve ever been in. Very well organized, shelves stocked, clean and smells new. Employees stocking the shelves weren’t very welcoming; no one spoke they just stared at me with a look of disgust as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. But the cashier was very friendly and bubbly I wish I got her name. Shop early it’s much more peaceful. Store was so well maintained I had to force myself to leave. When a store is run this way it makes you want to purchase more.

I just bought a personal size watermelon last evening and this morning it was all mush. The worst thing is, now I can’t get ahold of anyone at Walmart by phone or otherwise to help me, other than driving for an hour.

This location was fully stocked, clean, friendly helpful staff. Packed with custmers but everyone was moving along shopping. The lines at checkout were moving along efficiently. We found everything we needed and somethings we didn't.😂Nice location.

I had trouble finding someone that could help me find what I was looking for. We drove across town because this Walmart was supposed to have the item. One employee tried to help but couldn't speak English so we're didnt understand her instructions. She was kind. The other one didnt want to be bothered and told me they didnt have it. I showed here where it was on my phone but she said no they didnt have it. Finally found someone who knew where the item was that I needed and she was bi lingual and was able to communicate with me. I was thankful I hugged her. My husband said the bathrooms were dirty.

I had both front tires on my car replaced at this Walmart location in June. Now, in December, I returned to the store for an oil change and informed them that the tires were losing pressure. I asked if they could check the problem and showed them the receipt from the tire change. The attendant checked and found nails in the tires. They said they couldn't confirm if the tires were under warranty due to a record error, but stated they would remove the nails and repair the tires at no cost, charging only the $58.00 for the oil change. They said the service would take about 30 minutes, but they left me waiting for two hours, only finishing after I complained about the delay, explaining that I needed to work. To my surprise, when I went to pay, they charged me almost double the quoted price. When I questioned why, they said the tires weren't under warranty and that they were charging for replacing the valve stems on both front tires—a service I didn't request. The attendant responded in an agitated manner, simply repeating that it wasn't covered under warranty and that, since the service had been done, I should pay. Because I wasn't fluent in English, a gentleman present—a polyglot who also speaks Portuguese and English—intervened and clearly explained that I hadn't requested the replacement of the injectors and that the attendant herself had guaranteed that I would only pay for the oil change. Even so, she remained adamant, insisting that I should pay for a service I hadn't requested, hadn't authorized, and that was completely unnecessary, since the injectors were working normally. The problem was the nails. I ended up paying to avoid further embarrassment, but I'm leaving my complaint and indignation here. The service was disrespectful, there was a breach of commitment on the part of the team, an improper charge for an unsolicited service, and a communication failure (including a lack of adequate assistance to a customer who doesn't speak the local language). I expect action from the management of this unit: reimbursement for the amount charged incorrectly, a formal apology for the service provided, and measures to ensure that other customers do not go through the same embarrassing situation.

Let me start by saying I shop this store often and like the store and the people. BUT. I had shopped there Wednesday night late and was still in the parking lot around midnight listening to an Alabama college basketball ball game they were playing in Las Vegas. The female Allied security guard kept riding by and it looked like she was making her rounds. She then stopped and said something to a guy in a white cargo van that was parked about 20 feet away from me but never said anything to me. He was a non Caucasian male. She appeared to be African American. I am White. I NEVER saw her stop and say anything to anyone else scattered around the parking lot. She then parked across the road behind me and just sit there for at least 10 to 15 minutes which seemed strange. During a break in the game I got out of my truck and went to get something out of the back of my truck and I asked her very nicely. "Am I ok parked right here? I am just listening to a late basketball game". She said no. You are going to be towed in about 10 minutes. I was shocked. What a piece of trash and garbage that is She singled me out!!!!. I have no intention of ever going back to that store and I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau for her being racist and singling me out.

WARNING for customers: This store has sold a USED and DEFECTIVE item as NEW. The attempted return (less than 24 hours after the purchase, with receipt) was declined due to a policy. Product: RUGER APX Multi-Shot Air Rifle. a) Customer Service provided a phone number to call. Unfortunately, this department is only able to provide support for "Walmart.com" orders. However, I was provided with 4 phone numbers to call (incl. the corporate office). All numbers were Out-Of-Service. b) Every customer service associate I spoke with, emphasized "not to worry" as a solution will be provided without issues. c) The Walmart store and any of the extensions were unreachable for the entire day. To this day, nobody is picking up the phone, except the "Autoparts" department. When the call was transferred from there, the system ended the call as nobody was answering. Including holding times, the total time spent on calls: 7 hours 35min All calls as well as the unboxing video have been recorded (luckily). The issue of selling a used/broken item as new remains unresolved and we reserve the right to take further action.
