I’ve never had issues with the quality of their meat, but I’ve been overcharged twice now. The first time, I was charged $42 more than expected. When I brought it up, the employee blamed the system and seemed flustered and something felt off and intentional. I went back again today and was overcharged by $15. I confronted him, showed that I was tracking my items on my phone, and the total still didn’t add up. He then admitted the mistake and said, "Oh sorry, you’re right." At this point, it feels like a regular practice. Check your receipts carefully!!!!

Great place with a surprising number of recognizable Pakistani products. According to the store owners, the store was opened in '94 by 3 brothers from Karachi. They claim that lamb and beef is slaughtered in Connecticut by Muslims (on further questioning, not by Pakistanis), and chicken is brought from upstate New York. The chickens had their necks attached, which is an indication of halal meat, but not absolute confirmation. Note: As of June 28, there was a non-Muslim employee working there as well, who was handling the meat section.

I am glad i found this place, it has a collection of imported goods that reminds me of home. I took one star down because the place could be organized in a better way.

Store on Cambridge street offering Halal food including fresh chicken & meat . Many ready to cook brands like K& N from Pakistan were also available. National foods and Shan Masala were also available. Clean area and the manager was very helpful to help in finding items.

I love this store. It has almost all the dried beans, lentils, legumes you could ask for. There's lots of bulk spices and a good selection of tea. I haven't tried their meat, but everything I have tried has been good quality for decent prices. If you live in the area, this is a great shop to stock up on bulk supplies or grab an ingredient you run out of.

They’re scammers. We asked them for fresh minced meat. They gave old meat and covered it with some fresh meat so we wouldn’t know. Secondly, they gave the worst cuts of chicken. They’ll scam you.
