SUPERVALU Distribution Center

There is a little john on the right when you get in. You need to check in at the main office. Office M, does not have the letter M.

Receiving is pretty good , dock your truck go inside check in and let them know which door you are in and that is all, unlike other places where you have to wait for hours to get into door!

I had a 1:00PM delivery arrived at 11:00AM check in staff was polite and friendly, checked in without issues. I unloaded the freight myself so I was out at 11:30AM which was nice. Only reason I have gave a 3 start review was you can't have drivers there unloading for hours at a time and not provide them a place to use a restroom, heck even a portable would be better then nothing. If you want drivers to respect your property and premises then give them a opportunity to do so.

Super slow! 4 hours and counting. $774. Lumper. Sure I have 28 pallets but been to plenty of places that don’t take this long. Staff not pleasant. One star for overnight parking. Porta potty available. Don’t try to check in early. I stayed over for a 0900 appointment. Tried to check in at 0730 was told to come back at 0900. Never again!

Ok place overnight parking if you want flying j 15 mins west also. Big lot door 9-12 produce receiving I just backed in to one and walked BOLS up to the front door and They’ll ask if your in a door. Little slow on the unloading. Wait for the green light walk back up for your Bills.. NO BATHROOMS! No porta John either.

I've been going there for many years but today the person running the check-in decided to blame the driver for the lack of their ability to do there job effectively. And with no apology. So I'll leave this thought, Don't blame the rope because you can't tie a knot.
