THEY SELL EXPIRED MEDICATIONS. I GOT 6 OF THEM ON JULY 25 AND I TOOK FEW OF THE MEDICATIONS AND STARTED FEELING UNWELL AND WHEN I READ THE LABEL, I SAW IT WAS EXPIRED IN APRIL. THEY TRY TO ACT SMART BY PUTTING PRICE LABELS ON TOP OF THE EXPIRY DATE, SO PEOPLE CAN'T SEE THEM. I CALLED THE STORE AND THE LADY SAID WE ONLY HAVE TWO MORE IN THE STORE AND THAT ARE EXPIRED AS WELL.🤦‍♂️ AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO EXCHANGE AND CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND BECAUSE OWNER IS NOT THERE AT THE MOMENT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE SOMEONE CAN OFFER ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE IS SICK AND NEEDED THE MEDICINE AT THAT TIME AND GOT EXPIRED MEDICINE IN RETURN.

Whenever I've shopped here, I've experienced kind employees with lots of knowledge on their products. I love that I can get tiny amounts of herbs to try out for like a dollar or so before buying in bulk. This is my go-to herb shop. They also carry supplements and natural body products by big and small brands. I buy my shampoo and conditioner here. I've found their prices to be better than Amazon, sometimes.

This would be such an incredible bounty to the community except that the people behind the counter are so rude, save for one gentleman who has given me some great tips and advice. Every other herbalist behind the counter has bristled at my very low-key questions. I really don’t get it. I love this joint but after this last episode, I can’t patronize this shop anymore. I try to do my best to support local, but this shop always leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I drive away wishing I had gone somewhere else. YMMV, but LK I hope you know that kindness matters to the folks out here with whom you’re doing (or not doing) business.

Blonde lady has attitude. Most of them sell expired stuff

I purchased six herbs and my stuff came up to $24.50 I gave the guy $100 bill he looked at it went to get change came back and asked if I had a smaller bill stating that he didn't have change. I pull out another hundred and a twenty. He said oh if you have a new hundred I have change for that. So now I'm confused how do you have change for one hundred and not the other. He said it's easier for him to get change for a newer hundred. I was immediately offended for two reasons one he just told me a lie to my face second he basically made it seem like I was trying to scam them. So I told him to take the herbs back and placed them on the shelf he then yells at me to give them all back after counting he realized that I did at that point he did not apologize for his mistake instead he told me don't come back to the store like I was wrong I've been coming there for years and have never been mistreated like this. It was humiliating and dehumanizing.
