Walmart Supercenter

Walmart stores are a great place for everyday shopping. There is always a wide selection of fresh groceries, household goods, and useful items at affordable prices. It’s especially nice that you can find both well-known brands and Walmart’s own budget-friendly products of good quality. It’s convenient that many stores are open 24/7, and the service is always polite and fast. The stores are spacious and clean, self-checkout stations save time, and online orders with delivery make shopping even easier. Walmart truly helps save time and money without sacrificing quality.

Just to offer a few suggestions. Regarding the high shelves, could we provide the guests with tools that are within reach? After all, not everyone is 180cm tall, right? Also, regarding the locked cabinets, if you want to sell them, could you please have someone come and open them immediately when we call, instead of leaving us to wait and wait and wait?

Hey I had a really bad experience in that store which was really awful. I went to return a small turkey 🦃 and I told them I have a receipt but Service Desk clerk went to get some one for some weird reason. She got the Spervisor name Latoya and she said she couldn't take the return because the turkey didn't have the tags. I explained that on the Walmart website site it doesn't say that product needs the tag in order to process the return as long as it meets the 30 day requirements. She pointed at this paper 📜 on one of the desk and yelled saying she has the right to refused any refund she wants. Then asked I asked if there's anything I could do and she suggested I call customer support and see what they could do and I so left the store. I called customer support and they said a manager can override the return in the system and assured me that it is a acceptable return. So I went back and asked for a manager but I got Latoya again and I was so confused because she said she was a supervisor not a manager. She said that she is a Supervisor Floor Manager which didn't really help because I can't be sure if she was lying or not 🤔. I explained that I called Customer Support and they assured me that the return can be processed. She still refused my reasoning and claimed what they said was not true. That they have no say on what goes on the store. Then I asked to talk to another manager but she yelled saying was the only one which made me ask for the store manager. Then with the pure definition of entitlement she responded that the store manager was not here. I felt like was going nowhere with this conversation and so I took out my phone to get Customer Support into this conversation,hopefully they can reason with her,but then she started yelling at me again. Saying I was recording her and that am harassing her and that she has me on camera and she is going to ask security to kick me out for being rude to her. Then she stormed off just to stand on edge of Service Desk entrance . She just kept staring at me as if I was some criminal. In the end I managed to find the tag for the turkey but I got Latoya again and she she didn't wanted to help me at all .She yelled saying that I don't have the receipt for this item. I told her I always had the recipe since the beginning and gave me the worst customer experience of my life.

Saul went above and beyond today trying to find a toy for my son. He’s on the spectrum and is very specific and wanted a specific toy. Saul listened to me, understood and helped me. Although they didn’t have the Cruz Ramirez Hauler it stated was in stock online I wasn’t upset because he genuinely tried. Thanks for going above and boyond it’s very appreciated!

VERY PACKED w/ DECENT STOCK. This Walmart has gone down slightly as its stock isn't as good as it used to be. I came in and they hardly had anything I needed. The focus of this Walmart seems to be clothing which wasn't even that great in my opinion. The shorts selection was very mid. I was also looking for specific groceries which were also limited. I appreciated this one young guy who was stocking. He was super helpful and took his time with us while attempting to locate our items. Other than that, the other staff weren't that helpful. I stop here out of convenience as it's right off the 10 in Baldwin park. It's my "only in emergencies" Walmart. There's plenty of parking out front. If you're looking for a snack they have a standard Wetzel's Pretzels inside.

I was there on Wed, Dec 10. I was about to return three of the Iphone 13, but when I met the lady with the team lead tag, she made me go to the technology section to check these phones and do the return there. I met the guy named Brian who checked the phones, but he said that he could not do the return without the physical receipt which I don't even have because I bought them online. Then I had to go back to the customer service area, and one more time they made me go back to the techonology section because they could not return the phones due to the manager who she was talking to through the walkie-talkie. However, I still could not return it due to some errors happened when the guy named Ryan was helping me. This Walmart's customer service instead of supposing to look at my online receipt barcode, they just kept asking me reasons of returning. They didn't want to process the return and just tried to not being responsible. Today, Dec 16, I went to another Walmart in Pomona, and only one lady helped me return these phones within 15 minutes. I will never come to this place again.

I went into the Baldwin Park Walmart. I was helped by Rosemary J. She was polite and courteous. She didn't rush me, and answered all my questions professionally . That's not always easy to find with young people . Usually they are in a hurry, and are bothered that they actually have to work . This was not the case with Rosemary. I was happy she made my shopping experience pleasant.
