Thanks for wasting my time and my gas REPEATEDLY by not bothering to perform the bare business essential function of updating Google Maps about closing hours. I have an idea, let’s slap a big sheet of white paper against a window and draw on it with a pencil-thin sharpie- it’ll be backlit so no one from outside the store can see the writing. Ooh, AND-!!! Instead of writing BOTH CONSECUTIVE DAYS WE WILL BE CLOSED ON THE PAPER SO NORMAL PEOPLE CAN PLAN ACCORDINGLY, let’s just update it a single day at a time so people can drive all the way out to the ONLY GROCERY STORE THAT IS OPEN, WASTING THEIR TIME AND ENERGY AND GOING HOME WITHOUT FOOD. Genius

The worst ingles I have ever been to! The employees are incredibly and deliberately rude. Our cashier, Kennedy was so disgustingly impolite it took everything in me not to confront her Gross behavior, Ingles!!!

In recent years this Ingles is always the worst, you might get harassed in the parking lot or something worse. That being said sometimes I buy my lunch here. Today I purchased 3 croissant sandwiches for $4.99. This is usually a great deal but at this specific location (over 3 months or so) they have been putting less and less product on the sandwiches to save money. Today I purchased 3 sandwiches with 1...ONE slice of meat per sandwich and NO CHEESE, NO CONDIMENTS. I could've lived with this if the box was advertised as "mystery sandwiches" or "random quantity meat with bread" but someone with less money than me purchased this and got home to feed their kids or family only to find 1 slice of ham 1 slice of turkey and .75 of a slice of roast beef. Ingles has been ripping off our local community and buying up land for "competition sakes" for too long. Let's all stop supporting a business that clearly is taking advantage of us.... Some might even call that ...THE INGLES ADVANTAGE. P.s. pay your employees a living wage and stop profiting off the poor backs of local residents while handing out absurd bonuses for these store managers that are not value added employees. The cashier's, baggers and deli/bakery personnel are the only reason this company turns a profit.If it even does.

We were staying about a mile away while visiting for the week. We were here a lot, loved having the Starbucks in the store. The employees are all helpful and nice. The deli is big and the store had everything we needed.

My note to Ingles: Be better or go away. Prices go higher while your quantity and quality is suffering. This community has propped you up for decades when you should have been wiped out by the large grocery chains in the late '90s. Do Asheville a solid and stop ripping us off.

I've been going to the store ever since I was a little kid with my family has been here for quite a while I'm 39 hours here before I was even born so you know the customer service there is really wonderful really amazing people there expressing the store manager Glen Rice she's one of the best of the best is a big Christian man you don't do believe in no cussing or nothing like that let's be honest this is a wonderful experience all together like you can go in there and find what you need and if you need your help they can get somebody to come in and help you with no problem with anything I just go through for nasty can you help me find the answer she wanted to store associates walking around the store and ask them you sucks they're not open 24 hours no more like they used to be

Whoever does the ordering for this store is terrible at it. How many times do you have to run out of basic items like half and half and chicken breasts before you learn to order more? It’s so frustrating to try to make a quick stop on your way home only for them to constantly be out of the items you need. No one else is ever out of these items so I’m not sure what gives.
