Very unprofessional and violated not only me but also hipa! They had me get into a gown and as soon as the family Dr came in not even Tanabe she proceeded to come straight to me no gloves and proceeded to lift up my gown without having me lay down or anything and then after looking at my c section scar WITH HER BARE HANDS. she proceeded to untie my gown! When what she needed to see did not need that. When I was going to leave the same doctor right in front of me said the first and last name of the next patient and why they were coming MASSIVE hipa violation!!! DO NOT COME HERE!

Very disappointed. They stopped taking Covered California insurance cards (even though they’re Blue Shield or Blue Cross, NOT Medicade or MediCal) simply because they THINK they won’t get paid as much. My copay would have covered their $90-$120 an appointment quote plus whatever they could have billed insurance. They would have made their money plus some. Sad how one doctor retired and it all went downhill and they got GREEDY! I’ve been going here since I was born and I’m very sad to say I will NEVER go here again, nor will any of my family members or friends.

I saw horrible reviews on both Google and yelp but limited on options figured I’d try it anyway. If you’re reading this review I strongly encourage you to not waste your time at this office. This is the worst most unprofessional I have ever experienced it the medical field! Not only me but 3 other adults total that brought my daughter to her appointments felt like an inconvenience and treated very rudely. Not to mention being yelled at as well as my child crying after her appointment. I felt like It was over priced and they also try and make you feel back about how much insurance does not cover that "they just have to eat". This place is the example of flaws in the medical system.

Dr Tanabe is the most thorough, responsible, professional doctor that I have ever seen.

Worst place EVER! Do not go here. They lost my son Jaydon’s referral. It was a long process finding the referral. It was at their other office! Every time I called to schedule an appointment after finding the referral they would say no because my son didn’t have one and I would have to explain every time that the referral was at the other office. Once I finally got him scheduled, he got sick prior to appointment so we had to cancel. When I called back today to reschedule, I was told that I need a new referral because I canceled his appointment and i cannot cancel the second appointment after I get a new referral. All the hell they put me through over losing my sons referral and then they tell me I need a new referral because I canceled an appointment?! I didn’t even miss it, I canceled it. How dare them! I’ve heard from other people who have went here for treatment that they are unorganized and do not return your calls. Take your business elsewhere!

Probably the rudest doc I’ve ever had to deal with. TanAbe barely let me speak, failed to check my problem areas, and tried to push a very expensive medication I’d have to take for the rest of my life. Two other doctors prior suggested another route so I’m not sure why she went to something far more extreme. She was also incredibly condescending and felt the need to explain what fasting was to me. I’ve been to a lot of docs in my time and have never had an experience like this.

My first experience was great. From the front office staff to the physician. The doctor explained to me the issues and treatment options. Every one in the office was helpful, knowledgeable making my visit an edifying experience.
